I found the running trainers I wanted (Saucony guide 18) at a very good price on here and having read other reviews decided to go ahead and order. I’m in the uk and this company is based in Denmark. The shoes arrived super quick with no issues and when I used the chat function as I had some concerns over the payment having gone through ok (Klarna) they were super helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about them!

I ordered a Saucony shoe on Sunday, and expected delivery 4-6 days according to website.
I had an initial scare because the delivery status mentioned "Stopped" at customs.
However, the shoe was delivered to my house on the day 5. I am very impressed especially this was shipped from Denmark. I also got the shoe at a much lower than retail price.
Overall - very satisfied with the service.

My hell of the story. Avoid them if you can.
It starts with my mistake, but there are a lot that are not working... Not recommended.
(1) I made a mistake of typing my email '.coom' instead of '.com'. Their website doesn't have a fail-safe, and it went as it is.
(2) Since I couldn't receive any confirmation email due to (1) mistake, I sent a request to the customer service to update from their website, no reply (even after 3 weeks)
(3) I waited at home around the arriving time, but never arrived, so I contacted them by phone call, but was asked to wait until next week. It turned out that by this time, the mail had already arrived and went back to a pickup point. (without knowing, without any letter in a mail box, without ringing a bell....) It was handled by GLS.
(4) Contacted again after waiting a week, asked again, and finally gave me the info on the tracking number, etc. And I needed to call around to FIND a package where it is.
(5) Finally went to the pick-up spot, but never found it. It turns out it sat too long and went back, so I needed to contact RunningXpert again.
(6) I called again. The customer number from France sounds like it is being handled by ONE PERSON located in Belgium. Probably because of that, not only did I need to wait a long time on the line to talk, but they hung up after 20 minutes or so waiting.... After 4 times of hanging up, I finally got to talk with him.
(7) But again, he needed to confirm that I didn't receive the box, and asked me to wait another week to get a refund....
There are too many things not working in this company. If you can, avoid it. it will save your few days.

Please don't use this company
Please don't use this company. Just had a fee to pay letter from Royal Mail posted to advise that the sender (RunningXpert) had not paid the full postage for delivery of items. Had to pay the cost with Royal Mail to release items that had been ordered well over a week ago. The invoice stated no shipping costs was applicable due to the amount spent. Please don't use. Stupidly i didn't do my due diligence on the company before ordering. Wont make the same mistake again.

Great experience
I ordered a pair of running trainers which came relatively quickly. The price of the trainers was great, and the shipping cost at £6.90 seemed very reasonable considering they are shipped from Denmark. Unfortunately I had made a mistake due to the EU to UK size conversion and ordered the wrong size and therefore needed to return these for refund. I contacted runningxpert using their returns process and was promptly sent the returns label. I returned these via my local corner shop using the FedEx local service which was extremely simple. I will say that I was a slightly concerned over how easily the refund would be issued after reading reviews on here stating that runningxpert had claimed that customers had returned trainers that had been worn and then only offering a 30% refund. For this reason I took several picture of the trainers before returning to show that they were in pristine, unworn condition. Anyway, my refund has been processed today without any issues whatsoever. So, would I use runningxpert again? most definitely. All round a great experience from start to finish. Just wish I'd ordered the correct size originally.....
