Excellent service & fantastic shop. It’s always good practice to actually try on shoes before purchasing (an understandable issue with online sales). I was caught between two options (shoes) but in the end the choice was clear.

Impressive
I'm very impressed by Run North West. They just do everything well. Their website is easy to use, they stock a plethora of brands at very competitive prices with all the sizes and colours you could need and they have really fast Royal Mail delivery. But I think what makes them stand out is the personal touch: the "thank you" note in the box and the ability to speak to a responsive human who in my case willingly and efficiently sorted out the mess I caused by using the wrong delivery address. Thoroughly recommended!
