I worked there for3yrs cheap parts from China out of a hundreds
Samepart maybe 60 work for awhile
Company dont care. Only care about $$$.oit of a hundred polishers. Most are returned with in a month..doesn't care about warranty dont buy you will regret 2026

I have a $1300 rupes planetary sander, it's a back up sander and barely used. 12 month warranty and bushes went one week after expiration. They wouldn't cover it. Paid to get it fixed and 8 months later same again after 4 uses. The service department at rupes said it's normal to change bushes every 3 months even if you don't use it. Is that a joke. Worst customer service and will worse tools I have ever used.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Contacted Rupes regarding their pads absolutely deteriorating to shreds in the first minute of normal mild use. Their response was that they changed suppliers and upgraded their foam design they claim no longer have this issue. The Rep. advised me this was a KNOWN issue and recommended I purchase their newer model pads at a hefty $60. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Suggest you switch brands to Lake Country and never look back!!!

Bought Rupes long bed sander for a body shop.. £500.00 it was.used 4 sets of brushes in about 6 months, sander has now died in about 8 months. The rest just fell to bits. There is no customer service or after sales. Once it’s gon it’s gon. Good luck trying to claim a “1 year warranty” . Stay clear you have bein warned.

Would advise anyone looking at buying Rupes please reconsider these are cheap quality with dear price tag anyone looking would advise going flex or Milwaukee better quality better customer service and with Milwaukee you’ll have 3 year warranty instead of 1 year

Terrible customer service had Rupes rotary polisher stopped working at 1yr old cheap rubbish cable tangles just looking at it machine needs open to access brushes but when open it it’s not covered only 1 year guarantee please please if looking for polisher buy Milwaukee 3 year warranty great service and has service ports to change brushes etc so no need to open machine

i bought one of their topmodel polishers , it never worked more then a few mins for me, and then i cant use it for like 24 hours, then it workes a few mins again, when i try to get it repaired they keep saying that they cant provoke the error so they wont repair or replace it, i had this piece of sh.. for more then a year, and i cant polish my car or mobile home, now i try for the last time to send it in, if they dont repair it, i will throw it in the garbage can, so good luck with Rupes guys.....i even have videos i will put up on youtube if they dont repair it, for anyone to see how bad it is, it stops for no reason ALL the time....order number 527893 from BilligBilpleje.dk Danish Car performance APS
