Had a really great experience with Rushed Passports. Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure we got our passports when we needed them. All her instructions were clear and accurate. Don't think we could have had a better experience!

I needed my passport within 6 days. I called ‘rushedpsssport on Monday. I had my documents submitted by 5pm on Monday. They provided my with a delivery day of Saturday. This was a tight timeline as I was flying on Sunday. The service was excellent. I reached out to customer service a few times during the week as I was nervous about the timeline. Gleika helped me so much. She responded quickly and professionally. I am so happy with their service.

They kept their word that's what made the experience 5 stars i paid for the 5 to 7 business day service and mailed my documents July 14,2025 I received my passport in the mail July 21, 2025.

My experience was great. Wasn't sure what to expect from an online company so there were concerns in the beginning. As soon as I signed up all concerns vanished. Received my link to the secure portal, followed by a welcome call from support to answer any questions.
Just followed the check list and submitted the documents for review. the team quickly reviewed and provided a next day shipping label. A total of seven days and the passport is in hand.
While everybody was very helpful, I'd like to give Special recognition to Amanda F she was especially helpful and really exemplifies what a Customer Support Specialist is all about

It’s an expensive process and you need to be responsible for submittal, instructions and dates. The team is knowledgeable and expeditious in their replies. However, be ready and pack in ~an extra week for delays, holidays and bad weather. I agree with another comment that if you have the time to do everything yourself take the cheaper routes. If you have the money, I would recommend this service 100%

This company provides an amazing service to panicked travelers like me. I forgot to check my passport which had expired two months ago. I realized this on the Monday before my Saturday trip. We would have preferred to not have to rush a passport application but we were so glad this option existed. We were unsure about it but it worked out great. Very well coordinated process from beginning to end. My only minor criticism would be to have a more step by step process once the package is shipped to them (that would help with anxious applicants and decrease the emails to them). Highly recommended!

This company is legit! They were so helpful throughout the whole process. It was very easy to get a hold of them when I had questions (and I had a ton). Very friendly and very patient staff. Having it expedited can be pricey but it was 1000% worth it, they saved my vacation! I cannot thank this company enough for their hard work!

Such a great experience working with Amanda! She was always promptly responding and available to talk. She didn’t mind my frequent calls and questions, and she was personally monitoring the progress of my passport. I would make sure to check the last delivery pick for Fee Ex the day you drop off so you ensure the delivery date to be as quick as possible.

Great Rushed Passport Service!

Paid for the service on Friday, June 6 & uploaded all the required documents on the same day. On Monday, June 9th after receiving confirmation that the uploaded docs. were all good I was advised on where to present them all for a first time issued passport. We went to the location and after review were handed the sealed envelope. After emailing pictures of the sealed envelope to the team at Rushedpassport they sent us the FedEx label. That same afternoon we dropped off the envelope at FedEx. The next day tracking showed it was received. On Wednesday, June 11th we received confirmation that the passport was completed. Today Monday, early morning the passport arrived.

I have to say that if you are in a hurry it is well worth it to pay for the service as they are true to their word. We received a new passport for my wife that had just become a citizen and literally received it within 5 business days as promised.
