I came to this training not knowing what to expect, but from the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with friendly smiles and a very helpful attitude.

Shahibul made me feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Our trainer, Abdullah, was very helpful, informative, and patient throughout the course. He explained everything clearly and was always happy to repeat anything we didn't understand until everyone was confident.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I really appreciate the warm welcome and excellent training. I would highly recommend this training centre to anyone.

I'm very impressed with the guy teaching style. They are very friendly and good.

The learning experience was great in itself. Our teacher Mr Samuel had great knowledge, encouraged discussion on topics with varying opinions and I am happy with how I could see things in a different light, thanks to Samuel for sharing his perspectives.
I was also happy with the diverse group we had in the class where I could learn so much about different things I had not heard of before, whether related to course or of their work lives.
Guidance and support on assessment materials was also timely and effective.

The only reason I have not given 5 star is for location. I intentionally booked a in-person session, but the training location was updated few days before the start and the location provided is very inconvenient in the middle of nowhere in an industrial area, hard to reach from nearest station, no food services nearby and access into the building required a lot of coordination. I had an intense course of 3 full days which I somehow managed but this could have been much better.

Russbrisge academy is an amazing place to come and do a course. I done first aid in the workplace and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a thorough training.

Great course with excellent training and clear explanations. I learned a lot about conflict management, de-escalation, and physical intervention techniques. The trainer was really great ( Muhammad Abdullah Siddique ) professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this course to others.

The tutors here are wonderful and helpful!!! A++++ job would definitely recommend. Especially Mohamed Abdullah he was very nice and patient and taught how to be great tutors for the future.
