Great service
I was surprised with the service level, you are great team actually. I've booked an online ticket then it was on hold. Next day morning you mailed me , when I didn't reply you, you guys reached me through what's app! It's amazing and easy. And the agent was following all steps with me , he/she even told me how to get to the station, I loved that. Thank you so much.

Their service is excellent. Smooth and easy booking. Unfortunately, due to Coronavirus, I had to cancel my holiday. They refunded my money and always replied to my emails. Compared to my other recently 'lost' holidays, Thomas Cook only 17% of my money back, Sunweb gave me a voucher which I don't want. Only RussianRailways gave me a full refund! If possible I will re-book with this company as soon as I can.
