THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I contacted Mike for a boat detail and he gave me a price of $800-$1200. I said I don't want to go over $800. He showed up as I had the boat hauled out for him so it would be easier and said its gonna take a minimum of 6-7 hours with 3 guys so the price had to be $1200, so I agreed. In 2 1/2 hours he is calling me to hurry up and come back and pay him, because he has to leave! When I returned to the boat all i said was i thought you said 6-7 hours and he immediately snapped back - "I'm not going to argue with you"! Well I was not wanting to argue, it was just a simple question that I had ask! So now i am thinking he has done this before! So I started looking over the boat and found MULTIPLE AREAS where a SLOPPY job was done AND his partner agreed with me! The partner was working from the ground and had not seen what was done up on the topside but when he saw it he just shook his head and saw everything I was talking about! So the 3 of them worked another hour and it still was not done right! He just wanted to get out of there! So after I was weary from dealing with him to try and get it done right, I just knew it was hopeless, so I just paid him! After they left I realized we had agreed to the helm station being included for the extra $400 and he did not even touch it! It was a very hot day and his main objective was to do as little as possible, get the money and get gone! I had another reputable boat detailing company look at it and they said they would have to completely redo it so I would have to pay full price again to get it done right! Maybe Mike does cars better but he should stay away from big boats! He is a good salesman I will give him that but I never felt more conned in my life!
