Damaged items which had been put back in box, taped up and sent to us. Tried contacting the company but unresponsive. Avoid

Stools came quickly, but one arrived damaged, I emailed the company same day reporting this and had no response.

Amazingly quick delivery, the chairs are Fab. Good quality and a Bargain!

Failed to deliver. Although the communication and responsiveness from the company is great, they have very limited stock and the order I put in was lost in transit. This may well be down to the courier they use, but maybe do some due diligence on the courier you contract to before relying on them as your distribution channel. My order payment was received promptly, so no issues there, but to not be able to deliver orders reliably is a key failing.

Do NOT order from this site/company. Two weeks after ordering my product I still have not received it and have been told a refund will be given but I have not received this despite waiting a week. They will not respond to any emails. I am reporting them to the authorities in an effort to get my money back.

Chairs have arrived damaged and there’s no contact numbers to get in touch I’ve emailed them but still had no response. Reading the returns page they say it’s down to me to pay for the return postage and once item received they will check to see if they will honour the refund! It’s shouldnt be down to me to pay to send them back they are Damged...... still waiting on a response from them and they only give you 30days.

Great looking chairs but had to return them due to their hight. Chairs were brought from a deposit which is close to my home but I was asked to send them back to a deposit in Harefordshire. I had to pay a lot of money for transport and I hope I can get the money back. It is expected no damage so I made some pictures with the small defects already present

Really pleased with the bar stools we ordered. The box was slightly damaged in transit but the stools themselves were in great condition. Put together really easily and look great quality.

Great looking table and chairs. Very sturdy and well built. Very reasonably priced too compared to high street shops! - Would have given 5*’s but I was unfortunately sent the wrong table to begin with (they organised a replacement table within a couple of days)

How can I comment when it’s not arrived !

First of all, the products are of the highest quality. Really happy. Delivery is almost next day and the customer service is the best. Highly recommend. Could give 10 stars but only 5 are available :)
