Nicer than I expected and did not take a month plus to deliver.

Easy to order, great notification for product arrival. Clothes look great on and as pictured which surprised me. It did take a while to ship.

Company does not honor return policy, low quality

I still love the items. They are exactly what I purchase and great quality. The customer service response time is Great. This leads to, why does it take more than a month to receive? Sometimes two? COVID is not a valid response, please just work on getting me these great items more expediently. Still shopping with you, just hopefully I get it before winter 2023.

My order arrived in a timely manner. All items present. Everything is of good quality. I am coincidentally wearing the sweater dress right now. Very soft and comfortable

Ordered my items a month ago and have never received them. I have contacted Customer Service numerous times and I am told to be patient. They refuse to tell me where my items were shipped from or when they were shipped. I requested my purchase to be canceled and my money refunded but was refused. I can't imagine anyone ever actually receiving anything from this company. Don't throw your money away!

Your sweaters are so awesome! My fiance said they are the nicest sweaters she has ever had. She showed me some from other places and I have to say that your prices are unbeatable. But frankly, I spent a month pretty much convinced that I had been scammed. Nothing on your packaging indicates that you are actually located in South Carolina, and nothing on your website mentions that it would take 7 weeks or so to get the sweaters. I would gladly still purchase your stuff again, even knowing all this. Why then aren't you up front and honest about these aspects of your business? You sell a great product at a great price, be honest about the shipping time and location.

I absolutely LOVE this sweater! It was exactly as pictured and is so soft. It has instantly become my favorite sweater.

Great quality, beautiful designs. Reasonably fast shipping. Exceptional customer service and really great communication and follow up. Rutave is legitimate and not a scam site. I trust this site enough to have placed several orders and will most certainly buy from Rutave again.

Love the sweater. Love it! However, shipping took a very long time

After waiting a couple of weeks for my order without any updates, I sent an email to cancel before
the items shipped per company policy. By no coincidence, it was shortly after my email that they actually shipped the order. The products eventually received were of poor quality. I would never recommend purchasing from this company, not even to my worst enemy. .....deplorable.

Product is what is advertised. Took awhile to receive it but, it's what I ordered. Unfortunately I ordered one of my products in a small when I wanted a large. That was on me. Will give it to someone else.

I was not expecting it to take from December 4th to January 9th for it to arrive. The website says it comes from South Carolina, but I am not sure if that is correct, or it would have been here sooner. When I tried to track my order, i was given information that it was coming from abroad and so it couldn't be tracked for over 3weeks. I was really thinking I had been scammed when buying this.

Overall the product was nice. Gifted the product. Snafu with shipping and tracking. Next time I will purchase sooner to skip tbe holiday season lag time.

My sweaters arrived within 2 weeks and were perfect! I have worn them twice already. Great quality and fit. I will definitely order again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Absolute scam! Ordered 2 sweaters and a blouse. All 3 fit weird. Reached out to the company to exchange the size of the blouse b/c I could at least wash and stretch out the 2 sweaters I got. For the exchange they offered me a $10 refund (it was a $40 top) and I could keep the blouse that did not fit or I could pay $14.99 to get the size I needed and also keep the top that did not fit. Absolute baloney. Reached out to the company and have had very little response. Also, they claim they are from the USA but they are not as I was charged a international processing fee on top of the $120 I had already spent with them
