The site at first sight seems to present good quality tools. However, I am now not so sure. Purchased a 'stool' from them and upon arrival, it is definitely made of poor quality material. Weak chrome is painted on (and already has lots of scratches while still in the packaging) and screws made of some soft ferrous metal, making it virtually impractical to tighten them securely.

Is this a case of a business 'presenting' goods (all in dark colour) to give the impression of quality, but the reality is actually much different?
My stool - on top of the generally poor quality was also defective (no surprise given its general condition).
I am currently awaiting a response for a return of the said stool and will update this review depending on the outcome.

Unfortunately the wrong item was despatched and the company only provide Customer Services contact via email and not telephone.
They then required photographic proof of the item I had received and then confirmation that I had posted the returned item before dispatching my order. (Not ideal if your travelling between sites).
On this occasion I was depending on the 24 hour service, unfortunately it was 72 hours.

Sadly this sales experience fell short of expectations.
