Excellent service

Excellent service, fast payouts, quick and knowledgeable but also very friendly customer support. I have been using Ruul (formerly Rimuut) for the past couple of years and it has quickly become the easiest and fastest means of onboarding clients, signing contracts, NDAs, creating projects and invoicing and receiving payments through. The perfect service for freelancers, highly recommend.

Very happy with the service

I have been using Ruul for 4 months. My overall experience has been very satisfactory. I feel their support at ever stage of my transactions. I even sent them some feedback for improvement on their dashboard and they appreciated my comments very much. I tried a similar platform before I met Ruul and I see a huge difference in the easiness of making transactions and the kindness of people you talk to. I highly recommend them to freelancers like myself who need a reliable invoicing solution.

Working with freelancers has become so much easier for me. I no longer need to worry about managing the payments and the missing invoices. I am glad I found Ruul to make payments to my freelancers from 3 different continents. They offer many currency options and send me notifications at every step. Thanks to them, I am more motivated to work with more freelancers.

Great service and people!

I've been meaning to thank Ruul team for some time. Before my first transaction, they answered all the questions my client and I had very patiently. I must have had over 10 transactions with them so far. Making transactions and receiving payments are amazingly easy. The customer help team are very polite and professional. I recommended Ruul to my designer friends and 3 of them started using Ruul last week. Great job, Ruul!

Getting WORST service

Getting WORST service
However I am paying to Ruul, they taking many days to release my payment. And everyday they providing same answer.
This is disaster of Service from Ruul.
GO for different alternatives than Ruul = Rude
Still I am waiting for my payment like begger.

Very happy with Ruul’s service

I started using Ruul as a freelancer 2 years ago. Recently I started my own company and I now use Ruul as a business to work with my contractors. I’ve always received great customer service when I had any questions about the transfers or dashboard. I’m surprised to see bad reviews honestly. Their service makes my life easier and I’ve never had trust issues with them. They recently changed their bank account information and I reached to them to confirm the bank information yesterday. They were kind enough to thank me for my attention to confirm with them. I highly recommend it to freelancers and organisations that are looking for an invoicing solution.

The experience is so bad

The experience is so bad, last month our team unable to get salary, we received one month late. Using Ruul will cause not only financial issue but also employee retention issue. This month, new issue occur, after the payment already delay, needs our team to find out ourselves, no any notice in advance to tell us update bank information and we got this kind of poor reason for payment delay. The overall is so bad

Account problems: The RUUL team always responds with prompt and efficient solutions

I recently encountered an issue while performing updates in my account on RUUL regarding my banking information, but I was pleasantly surprised by their team's prompt and efficient assistance. Because I was unable to perform the change in my information, they arranged it in no time. My issue was resolved in under 5 minutes.
I must commend the team for their impressive response time in addressing my concerns. In the past, I have utilized the online chat extension, and once again, it proved to be immensely helpful with its swift and reliable responses.
