Item did not ship in a timely manner and communication was nonexistent
Ordered on 10/31 and supposedly 22 items were in stock and would ship within 24 hours. Days went by and phone calls and emails were ignored. 11/4 I finally got through and the first excuse was that people were out sick, and then I was told my credit card information wasn't matching and their system rejected it. The information is correct, and their processor didn't reject it because it the hard charge had come through days before. All of this was easily disproven with a quick call to my bank, and RV Parts USA made us appear unprofessional with their complete refusal to communicate.
Everything went good
Everything went good, some of the powdercoating on the edges of the trailer hitch was chipped off from being shipped, the edges should have been protected with tape or padding and some shrink wrap. I had to touch the chipped off areas with some primer and paint

Excellent service! Company took initiative to contact me, after I placed an order, offering an alternative shipping suggestion...on a Sunday! Never experienced that before! Awesome service & excellent prices!

Because online orders seem to have to many errors, I specifically called and spoke to a human to ensure the parts I was ordering would actually fit my truck, of course the parts did not work without major alterations. Fail

Ordered a vent assembly for my camper from you because you listed 2 in stock. Your prices are much higher than direct from Coleman but only you showed to have them so I ordered them. A week after ordering you sent me an email saying they are back ordered. Please stop lying to get sales in. These are unfair business practices.

I really did like looking here for parts they had what I needed and noone else had it and priced fair, my customer wanted to have it overnighted and this was a Friday so I ordered and paid the shipping but I waited till Tuesday knowing it couldve been to late on Friday but long story short I didnt get it like it said but the gentlemen there finally reached out to me and had it here by Wed so the customer was still happy and that is what matters the most....Thank You Michael Marlow you were great!!!!!!!!!

Returns are basically impossible....
I had purchased a RV Roof Vent from your site just to find out that it was the wrong size for my install. So I went through the return process only to find out that I would be responsible for shipping costs.... only then to also find out that the shipping costs were nearly the same as the part itself! So what's the point, now I am stuck with a part that I have no use for. I would not recommend purchasing from this shop again now knowing what your return policy is like.... and hope that future buyers be warned as well. Not cool
