The company did a great job of making…

The company did a great job of making the process easy. Once I decided to order, it was just a matter of getting approved by the medical doctor. After that the meds were shipped in 2 days.

Beware of their automated systems; Good luck reaching a human.

My experience with RxPros has been frustrating, and I would caution others before using their service.

The initial process to obtain medication is very smooth—unsurprisingly, since the focus seems to be on getting you to purchase. However, any request outside of their standard automatic refill system becomes difficult to manage.

I had a 3-month refill scheduled, even though I still had more than half of my original supply remaining. I called multiple times to speak with a representative and was assured that my refill would be placed on hold and that I would receive a refund for the charge already processed.

Despite this, I continued receiving automated text messages asking me to confirm my dosage. I responded, clearly stating both my dosage and that my order was on hold until I requested it. Within an hour, I received notification that the medication had already shipped.

Since then, attempting to resolve the issue has been extremely challenging. Customer service has been difficult to reach, with frequent dropped calls, vague responses, and repeated promises to “check with a supervisor” that never result in follow-up.

Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer support, and failure to honor a clear hold request make this a disappointing experience. If you need anything beyond automatic refills, proceed with caution.

You are correct that our system is designed to ensure continuity of care through automatic refill reminders, but if a patient clearly requests a hold, that request should absolutely be honored. If your order shipped after you were told it would be paused, that needs to be reviewed immediately.

We also understand how frustrating it is to feel like you are not receiving clear follow up. Being told something will be escalated and then not hearing back is not acceptable, and we sincerely apologize for that breakdown in communication.

The pricing was better than the…

The pricing was better than the previous company I worked with and the extra syringes and the anti nausea medication was a nice extra, even though I haven’t needed them yet. They could definitely do better with packaging (my very tiny ice packs were warm), not nearly as well packaged and delivery was delayed too so really hoping it arriving warm isn’t problematic. Refrigerated it upon arrival. I’ve only used one dose so far and it’s working well for me.

I lost 70 lbs in 9 months

I lost 70 lbs in 9 months. The past month I seem to of hit a wall with no weight loss. I hope to loose 6 to 9 more pounds over the last 3-month prescription. My eating habbits have greatly improved over the past 9 months and I resemble an older version of me, not the morbidly obese guy I saw in the mirror over the past 10 years!

Feel & look better

I lost 40lbs under 6 months. Looking to lose 10 more, but have plateud. The loose wrinkling skin was a shock though afterwards. I do feel much better though! The nausea will come and go. You will be hungry, eating your favorite meal and then realize...I'm stuffed! You still have 1/2 the food left also!

Cost was a big factor for me

Great company!!

Rip off since April 11.

I have been waiting since April 20 to settle this issue, today is May 4. On April 11 I received a warm product, when I called they said to throw it away and they would replace it. After multiple calls still nothing,just the same run around " we will expedite it and get back in 24 to 48 hours", DO NOT buy from RXPROS!!!

We completely understand why hearing repeated promises of “24 to 48 hours” without a resolution would be upsetting, especially after waiting since April 20. That is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Do not use this company is a scam

Do not use this company is a scam. They delivered my three months worth of prescription to a completely wrong address, which is verified and want to charge me a re-shipping fee for a product I never even received and again it is documented that it is not at the correct address they provide no support.

If a package is marked delivered to an incorrect address, we immediately review the tracking details, the address submitted at checkout, and the carrier’s delivery confirmation. In many cases, carriers mis-scan, misdeliver, or GPS-mark packages incorrectly, which requires a formal carrier investigation before any replacement can be issued.

We never want a patient to be without medication, but once a prescription has been compounded and shipped, we must follow carrier claim procedures. If a package is confirmed misdelivered by the carrier, we work toward resolution.
