scammers

When I just confirmed a ticket purchase with Bank app I got a window saying that session is about expire in few minutes. I wasnt able to press anything and the time runned out, I refreshed the page and the ticket price went up with 80 euro.

I've to check in online once before we…

I've to check in online once before we arrived at the airport but their website was not working for me. And again I tried to check in 2 h and 8 minutes before when we were at the airport and now there was not any possibility to check in online. The service was disclosed. I tried to explain this the check-in but he wa not willing to assist, nor was the customer service agent willing to support us. I had to pay 2420 Sek for 2 adults and 2 children to check in at the airport. You should be ashamed of your ridiculous site and non functional service.

Ryanair is the airline with the worst…

Ryanair is the airline with the worst service in the world. The checkout does not show in detail on their website how many tickets you are paying for. Suddenly, you end up paying for several. In my case, I paid for 4 one-way tickets instead of two. I demand half of my money back!!

This is the worse airline company ever

This is the worse airline company ever. They charge 55 EURO to print a boarding card after their incompetent staffs wasting your time which you could have checked-in by yourself online, with NO pre-warning or information of any kind.
Attempt to talk to a duty manager only make your day worse, no apology, no attempt to leverage the customer satisfaction in anyhow, no awareness of the quality. The Ryanair staff in Dublin airport look their privat phone while talking to you, incompetent, provide misleading information, ask for your cards and deduct your money without letting you know how much they are charging you. This is not a company, this is a criminal-alike organisation which should now exist in this world.

Worst travel airline

Worst travel airline. They don't educate or ensure their employees' behavior, especially those in Budapest who are often at the gates. we got very dirty sits due the previous passengers. We asked the flight attendant for a cleaning but they answered this is not their concern. We could have helped if we got something to pick up the dirth with but no way.
After a complain,
their Customer Service gave us a "standard" answer saying that they have a very strict cleaning policy and it is their hight priority and they should inform the cleaning manager. The truth is, there is no cleaning service at all, because there are non margins between the landing and the next departing. In approximately 30 mins between the can barely manage to get out the old passengers and get in the new ones... so, I should appreciate more an honest answer saying that the flight prices are cheap because there in no such a service.

Extra Charge at Airport!

Ryanair has charged me 1282.60 SEK because we checked in at airport. I have never informed before such cost. If I knew before, I would check in either online or at airport because I arrived more that 2 hours earlier than the flight!

I am very unhappy with my trip

I am very unhappy with my trip. My luggage its still in Vienna where I transfered. They forst me to check in almost all my stuff and told me to pick it up in Kastrup wich was my final destination. but the staff in kastrup could not help me, it is not possible to call your customer service and the waiting time in the chat is unreasonably long. I feel tricked. I Will never fly with you again voluntarily

Worst flight company

We have currently been in the airport for 19 hours and counting. We got no hotel as to stay at so I have now been awake for 35 hours. I had a great important buisness meeting with a spanish entreprenuer which I have missed now. I feel so tired and sad. DONT FLY WITH RYANAIR!!!

Check in - madness.

The check in has the most pathetic date entry points one can ever see. Tobenter a date one has to tap through the months til one accesses the right one. I beleive their IT staff are incompatent.

I will never fly with Ryan air again

I will never fly with Ryan air again. Booking was a tedious process to avoid extra fees and costs, and when I tried to check in I was apparently too late since online check in closes two hour before flight departure and I had to pay 641 SEK to check in at the airport. This information could not be found anywhere prior to arriving at the airport. When finally arriving at my seat the wall where I was seated was covered in coffee splashes. It's clear Ryan air does not care about their customers at all and are just looking for every opportunity they have to trick people and steal their hard earned money.

I have hade the worst experience in my entire life this company ryanair made me pay 100 euros even tho I hade paied everything. And the only reason for it was because my bag that i had checked in was one kilo heavier. This is insane if you ever are traveling don’t choose ryanair.

unreasonable fees

Me and my friend had a flight booked with Ryanair and arrived, as usual, a bit over 2 hours before the flight departure. No bags to check in, just a backpack each. As we normally do, we went to the self service check-in machines but got redirected to the service desk. Upon arrival at the service desk, we were apparently just 2 minutes late for online check-in that closes 2 hours before departure, which Ryanair then demanded that we payed a fee of 60€ each to check in at the service desk.
In My opinion, very unreasonable due to the fact that the flight ticket costed somewhere around 60€ itself.

No information from the service desk employee either were I could find this information about check in until next time, that's something I had to look up myself afterwards. The information was not even provided in the "important information" section of My booking confirmation.

Clearly something ryanair saw as an additional opportunity to draw some extra earnings from their customers.

be aware of this company... as they will squeeze everything they can out of your wallet.

600kr late check-in fee apparently post corona

It's Ryanair so I'm not surprised, but they sent me 12 emails (!) between my booking and my flight, and in one of those they had a disclaimer that was not visible for me in dark mode on my phone, that said they were charging 600kr per person if you did not check in before 2 hours before your flight. Safe to say this is easily missable and probably one of the ways they earn their money. I haven't been flying since before Corona and I do not remember this ever being a thing then (I was quite a frequent traveler then). It's just so sad to see that predatory business practices like this is something Ryanair (this was an example) has been invested in even more recently

Flight cancelled

My home-flight was cancelled due to "economic reasons". My flight to destination however wasn't cancelled and they didn't refund eventhough that trip became worthless.
