DO NOT BUY KIWI or FLY RYAN AIR. They are both terrible and will not refund the full amount after repeated calls, emails and contact. While Kiwi did eventually communicate about the issue, they point fingers at Ryan which points fingers at Kiwi. Without going through the details, You have better options: DONT BUY THROUGH KIWI, DONT FLY RYAN AIR.

Appalling customer service!

Appalling customer service! Oh, wait they don’t have one. Whenever things go wrong not a single Ryanair rep. To talk to. No help, no support or advice. Dreadful experience every time!

An absolute disgrace of a company

An absolute disgrace of a company! No UK nationals to Italy and you live in a tier 4 area so you can’t travel even if you want to yet they won’t let you get the money back. TUI is the company to use. Great customer service unlike these scum bags.

Unethical company

There is no point to detail my experience, many have done it before. The conclusion is they have set terms and condition to basically steal money from you if anything happens. They prefer to run empty planes on your money than to help out. I'm in a loop of changing flights that started at the beginning of the year, the only reason for that is that at the beginning of the pandemic I decided to take a voucher instead of refund in order to help them. What a mistake. In the end I'm spending a lot more money than the so-called cheap flights, so I'm definitely paying more in the future to travel with other companies.

Even criminals have a code

I had 2 flights booked for may this year because of Covid they where rearrange for 2 months after. These where then cancelled. To obtain a refund I have
Phoned with no answer 10x
Emailed 27x no reply
Live chatted 5x asked to waited nothing
Contacted CAA don’t care
Contacted ATOL gave me CAA EMAIL will not reply.

I’ve spent 6months trying to get a simple reply from anybody and nothing so I guess my £320 goes to a company who gets to keep it by simply not talking to me.

Promised Refund they failed to pay.

I booked flights with Ryan Air in advance of my new son's birth to take him back to the UK to meet family.

My son was born with a blood condition that meant he needed regularly treatment and monitoring and was not fit to travel. Two weeks prior to the flight i contacted Ryan air to explain the situation. They told me to fill in a claims form and explain the situation with a doctors letter. I did this. The agent online confirmed I would get a full refund. This was back in August 2020. I have been chasing every 3 weeks or so. I have now (November 2020) received an email from Ryan Air saying I will receive no refund. I would have changed flights to another date had they been honest up front. Hideous service.

Don’t book with Ryan Air

I booked a flight for May , I had an email to say that due to COVID-19 there was no flights,m I could either have a refund or voucher ,I chose a refund . I didn’t hear anything back so phoned them on the 9/9/2020 they said my claim had been sent to the wrong department by the customer service man who said he would send it to the correct team . I hadn’t heard anything back so rang them today 30/10/2020 to be told that he didn’t send the claim through . JOKE
I now have to wait two weeks to receive my refund, Not holding my breath!! Do not book with Ryan air !!!

Shamefully frivolous!

Buying a ticket on Ryanair is more frivolous than buying a used car from a car cheater!
A more inhospitable supplier can not be found.
Also pays much more to another company than to be angry at yourself for choosing Ryanair!

Livid!

We travel time and again with Ryanair. During Covid, we had two flights cancelled. I was offered refund or vouchers. I chose vouchers and was acknowledged for the same.
Then very recently they sent me an email saying here is a reminder to use your vouchers!
I am livid! I have waited over 4 months for my refund.

Avoid shocking service & no customer service!

Booked flights for my partner and I to Dublin in October 2020. Received an email saying they were changing my flight times which I didn’t want. I then went on to change as this was an option to see the same flight time I originally booked for £4pp dearer. When I tried to call, email and online chat for three days straight to discuss it I still never got through but charged a fortune in call fees! I then requested a refund as it’s now not worth our while and with all the hassle don’t want to even give them the money, to still not be contacted in regards to that or refunded my money over a week later!!! Still trying to get through to customers services but service is absolutely shocking!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am very disappointed with this company. You have no chance of getting compensation for what you are not able to influence. Change of two names 230Ł (ticket price 180Ł) moved to another date-fee 180Ł. Unfortunately, no support from Ryanair.

One of the worst tricky airline businesses. I don't know why the government let it performs like this. They quoted us a low price but charge for other single step. Even in a Covid circumstances, but actually it charge us. Please don't book the ticket if you're not sure about the situation.
