Had such an awful experience with their Inadequate & Neglectful customer support service.
Had such an awful experience with the service provided by a sales executive as well from the online (24/7) so-called support system agents.
I informed them online of my purchase confirmation. I was then contacted by the branch. I had previously bought some components for building my PC from this particular branch in younesco city center of Chittagong.
This time around, I was surprised by the irresponsible and incompetent service I received.
When I tried to buy the remaining products,
a casing was not available in their shop, so they said they would have to bring it from another branch outside the city, which would take a day.
However, when they received the case, a day later, the salesperson informed me that the case was damaged due to some unknown reason. Didn't tell me what the damage actually was. "I still have doubts if it was really damaged because they still put it up for selling online."
The salesperson then told me to choose another casing, I had important questions about casing-related ARGB stuff, but the saleswomen seemed inadequate as well uninterested in giving any proper replies promptly. All replies were delayed and non-helpful, so it took me a day to choose another casing.
A day later, when i finally choosed a case,
suggested by that salesperson.
After doing some research about it because their responses were delayed & inadequate regarding the product.
I then contacted & the saleswomen then informed me that my components were not available. They sold the "PSU" that I had selected for my PC build. To make matters worse, she even had the audacity to say that they sold it because..."I was late!!??"
That sales executive seriously needs to get some basic training and learn some ethics, ffs.
This was disgraceful as their delayed responses, on top of a damaged product and lack of knowledge, had caused this issue in the first place.
I later found out they don't have good reputation online for their service,aswell as according to reviews on trustpilot.
In conclusion, the salesperson was an utter joke, and even their online service agents seem to lack knowledge about some basic technical related things to a product when asked. Pffft
If they can treat old customers this way, then there's hardly any hope for new ones.
They might seem very charming & proper at first.But nah,don't fall for that.
I would suggest others, better buy from other reputable online shops or local shops.
