I have recently used the MAB services and been supported by Vicky Charlesworth & Cassie Coates. The support has been unmatched. They have made the process stress free, the have guided me through every step and been on hand to answer any questions I may have whether that be via text, email or phone. Really couldn't recommend Vicky and Cassie enough. They have really made a process which i found very overwhelming so much easier.

I worked with Vicky Charlesworth and her assistant Cassie Coates, both were amazing with helping with my mortgage process, answering any questions or helping me sort any queries I had. Would definitely recommend them both and their services and would definitely be working with them again in the future if needed. Definitely 5 star worthy staff and a credit to their team.

Overall, my partner and I experienced a smooth process in receiving our mortgage offer thanks to Meg and Holly. We found that their support and knowledge took the weight off us as we tried to buy our first home whilst having busy work schedules. Thank you Meg, Holly and MAB for the service you gave us.

As a first-time buyer, I had absolutely no idea about the mortgage process, but Vicky took the time to explain everything clearly and guide me through each step. She made me feel completely at ease, and nothing was ever too much trouble. What really stood out was how she always went above and beyond, even replying to messages outside of normal working hours.

I would also like to say a big thank you to Cassie Coates for keeping me informed throughout the process and always being there whenever I needed help or had any questions.

If you’re considering using these two, I cannot recommend them enough. They made the whole process smooth, straightforward, and as stress-free as possible.

From the very beginning, they have been absolutely fantastic. Buying and selling a house can be incredibly stressful, especially when you're navigating mortgages, solicitors, paperwork and deadlines, but Peter and Dominic have made the entire process feel so much more manageable.

They have been thorough, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly patient throughout. No question was ever too much trouble, and I never once felt like I was asking a silly question. They always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each stage of the process.
