Really happy with the service from Lizzie and Thomas. They’ve both been great throughout the whole mortgage process, always quick to respond, helpful and happy to answer any questions we’ve had. They’ve made the whole thing much less stressful and have kept everything moving along smoothly. Would definitely recommend them.

Turns out there is a fee based on the amount you borrow! I do not recall this being mentioned when I spoke to the adviser on the phone, although I may be mistaken. Anyhoo taking that into account I saved money by going direct with NatWest which was simple and done in less than an hour.

Michelle and Laura have been amazing throughout. I've been kept up to date with everything. This is my first time buying a property on my own so had plenty of questions, which were answered thoroughly and I was informed of the next stages throughout, making the process as smooth as possible. Thank you both! Couldn't recommend you enough :)

Really good experience with Joanne Boulden, she made a confusing process feel simple and was always happy to explain things when we needed it. She helped us work out the best option for our mortgage and also sorted us out with better life insurance cover. Friendly, straightforward and really easy to deal with.

Joanne B was amazing from start to finish. She helped us as we came to the end of our 5-year fixed rate, talked us through all the different mortgage options and helped us understand what to do with our Help to Buy loan. Everything was explained clearly and in simple terms, which made the whole process much less stressful.

She really understood our monthly budget and worked around what was realistic and affordable for us. She also helped us review our life insurance and secure better policies. Really knowledgeable, patient and supportive throughout. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

5star experience from Sophie and Katie at the mortgage advice bureau! As first time buyers this can be so daunting, the girls were stellar! Proffessional, prompt, competent, patient. Can't fault them at all. It was a difficult purchase and chain lasting a whole year with far too many obstacles and we couldn't have done it as we did without them. A huge thanks and all the best to them! Tottaly and highly recommend!!!

Amazing experience with Vicky and Dominic, they have made the mortgage process so smooth for me and they have explained me all steps in simple language. Vicky has been amazing answering all my queries and questions. I would definitely recommend them.

MAB did my original mortgage in 2016 and made the whole process very smooth and easy to understand for a first-time buyer. I came back to them for my remortgage in 2021 and again in 2026 and it's especially good to work with a firm that people stay with - I had the same adviser, Amanda, for all three transactions despite them spanning ten years. The rest of the MAB team seems to have changed a bit more in that time but I've had excellent service from the admins every time.
