Shocking experience
Shocking experience.
Booked penthouse according to your information - paid and then establishment tells me the penthouse has not been rented out for past three years! They don't know anything about your site advertising them.
Why do you advertise it, take my money, confirm the booking with emails, etc. and ALL FOR NOTHING!
Also there is no contact no. or real-time support from you.
Will never use SA-venues.

Hi Deborah. This is a really unfortunate situation. Ownership changed and the establishment did not inform us. It is the establishments responsibility to update their content which sadly they did not. We have since been in touch with them and have amended their advert. I believe our consultant has been in touch already to ensure you had an alternative and process your refund. Kindly note that our contact number and email is on all correspondence, making it easy for guests to get in touch at any time.

My initial quote was wrong
My initial quote was wrong, having 2 chalets on where I requested for one. The response and rectification on my reply to the fault was swift.
The price I had to pay was R500.00 more than advertised. Got not response when I queried it.

Great experience from SA-Venue if they can get the venues to maybe update their fotos once a year would be great. We booked before we’re the pictures are very old. Some place we booked pool was covered up 10 years ago but still shows on website. With regular updates pictures the site would be 120%

Because of the hidden cost of 1500 that was not stated prior to the booking , immediately after i have paid boom there is 1500 needs to be paid.....i find it very disturbing coz this cost suppose to be stated whilst you do quote so that you are not caught by surprise.its even worse to say i cannot be checked in if i haven't pay this ....now the question is what if i did not have ....?
My....suggestion kindly state all your fees whilst a person is doing a quote.....
