Poor description
Due to the lack of detail in the description, I bought a charging cable with contact points too narrow. Useless purchase.
The return cost is more than the cost of the item! No thanks, I will just cut my losses and run.

No response regarding my complaint with…
No response regarding my complaint with the watch I purchased and did not work within 5months.
I bought a smartwatch in April 2023, first the watch needed to be charged daily, I did not mind that although irritating, now the watch is not charging at all. On the 19th of September I wrote them an email. Not even acknowledgment of receipt was received. I send again a follow-up email, waiting for their response. it is really frustrating to receive such a treatment. I love smartwatches, my previous encounters were good as there was no complaint there.
