Wego Still Holding My Refund – Very Unprofessional

My Gulf Air flight was cancelled on 30 March, and the airline has confirmed they fully refunded the amount back to Wego. Yet Wego has not returned my money or given any proper update. This kind of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase refunds that the airline has already processed. Very disappointing experience — not recommended.

Very bad support and no real help – booking WF5SZFJTYFA25

I am very disappointed with Wego. My booking ID is WF5SZFJTYFA25. I booked a ticket for my mother from Abu Dhabi to Casablanca. Later we had an emergency and she needed to travel earlier.

I contacted Wego support many times (chat, email and phone). They told me I would receive a call back, but nobody called me in time. I did not get any clear solution, so I was forced to buy a new ticket for my mother. Now I paid for two tickets.

Wego and the airline say the first ticket is non‑refundable and they refuse to give me any refund or even a voucher/credit, although their delay and weak support made my situation worse. This is not fair and not good customer service.

I chose Wego because I believed it was a safe and professional company, but my experience is very bad. I hope Wego will check my case again and give me a refund or full credit, and I hope other customers will be careful.
