It was my first time buying a car and Roberto at the dealership made sure everything was smooth and any question I had he answered in a way I could understand.

Just bought my first car and am really pleased with the whole experience. Roberto was great, made the whole process simple, couldn't ask for anything more.

Roberto was great! He sold me a smart forfour and made sure it had a fresh MOT before collection.
Teddy the dog was a great addition to my visit too!

Dealt with Nick initially who was extremely professional, friendly and polite. The car I bought was in an immaculate condition and Nick was very knowledgeable about the car. Spoke with Roberto start to finish and he was great! Nothing was ever too much (I did ask alot of questions as I wasn't local) and even picked me up from the train station in my new car so I could test drive. Had a small mishap but within a week of making him aware it was dealt with. Great to deal with, quick and reliable company. Very happy with the service of SAAC Motors Ltd and Roberto was great, will definately recommend and IF I look for a new car will definitely be giving them a call.

So recently bought a Mercedes from SAAC motors , roberto was extremely helpful and managed to source me a much better finance deal than I had in place .had the car a couple of weeks and a fault accrued on the car , now the car was not new and these things happen with cars know that . Called roberto and the next day he collected the car , now the problem was a little bit of a head scratcher but Roberto and his team have been brilliant and gone above and beyond to rectify the problem which is now resolved, I would definitely use and recommend SAAC motors and Roberto 100% thanks again.

From start to finish, SAAC Motors absolutely nailed it. The team is friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely lovely to deal with. The whole process had such a relaxed, warm vibe.

It all began with a WhatsApp message after I found the car on AutoTrader. Roberto followed up with a video call to show me the car in detail and make sure I liked what I saw. That personal touch set the tone straight away.

When I arrived, the car was waiting under a cover, looking brand new—even though it was second-hand. The presentation was next level! The price was fair, the warranty offer was great, and the customer service? Impeccable.

We were also greeted by Teddy, the real MVP—SAAC’s adorable dog and unofficial customer happiness manager.

I did have a small issue with the valet, and when I mentioned it to Roberto, he resolved it quickly and without hesitation. That kind of care and integrity is so rare these days.

I’ve searched for years to make sure I buy the correct car and had no stones unturned. Summer is hear and I’m enjoying my E300 convertible top down and can remember the good memories of my day of purchase.

I waited 5months to write this review and pray there are no issues a long the way but feel confident that the team will support me if necessary.

Truly, this was my best purchase of the year. I left not only with a fantastic car but with a huge smile on my face. Can’t recommend SAAC Motors enough—11/10!

I recently purchased a VW Touareg from SAAC motors in Hockliffe.
I discovered a serious oil leak shortly after taking possession. I reported this to SAAC, they informed they would contact their chosen warrant provider – Warrantywise. I could not find a garage locally who would undertake work on behalf of Warrantywise, Warrantywise found a garage 35 miles from me to inspect the car’s oil leak. After complaining about the distance Warrantywise found a garage close to me, they identified the oil leak problem (incorrectly) and sent a report off to Warrantywise. After a few days I had a reply from Warrantywise , they declined to cover the cost of repairing the oil leak as they put it down to “fair wear and tear” .
I contacted SAAC motors regarding the problem of Warrantywise not entertaining this claim, from this point SAAC motors did not reply to email or phone calls.
Do yourself a favour and go to a main dealer, you may pay a little more but you will get worthwhile warranty.

With reference to your reply to my review of your lack of service.
I would like to correct some of your comments.
As SAAC supplied the faulty car, I contacted you about the fault, you advised me to contact Warrantwise, not my choice.
I sent you an email on the 27th March regarding the refusal of Warrantywise to rectify the major oil leak, which they considered “fair wear and tear”. I requested your advice to rectify this problem, your company did not respond in any way, hence I had to seek a resolution.
You company only contacted me after this review was posted.
As for your version of “customer care” is to avoid addressing repairs and blame the customer for not repeatedly contacting SAAC is quite frankly bazaar .
