I rented an SUV from Saadatrent in Iran and had a really smooth experience. Booking was super easy and didn’t take much time at all. The SUV was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my trip. What I really appreciated was how fast they returned the deposit; it was refunded immediately after I returned the car, with no hassle. Plus, their 24/7 support was always available and helpful. Definitely a stress-free rental, and I’d rent from them again without hesitation.

In general, I do not suggest at all, and they are smart and mischievous in car rental.
While other competitors announce the daily fixed cost, the cost of transfer and delivery of the car compared to other competitors, we had about 3 hours delay at the agreed time of delivery of the car at the Emirates airport, while they received a return with a return of about a month! (Unlike other competitors who do not receive a deposit) They tried to take the cost of the fine when the car was half deposited in the same UAE and return the car from us, which was a complete scam.

I rented a Peugeot 207 from Saadat Rent in Tehran for 6 days and was pleased with the overall experience. The car was good for city driving, though the engine felt a bit weak on the steep hills in Shomal. Extra points for the quick response on WhatsApp, convenient delivery of the car to my location, and the friendly staff. Recommended for the smooth process and great customer service.

Let me start with all the good stuff. I booked it through their website. A few days before the rental, I got the message that the chosen was not available and got an upgrade for the same price.
I got a nice car with no issues.
Deleviry and return of the car was done by Saleh, the Shiraz representative.
As with other Iranian car rental companies, you also have to buy quite a large deposit. I got my deposit back, deducted by the extra milage and extra day of rental.
The bad part was that there were quite some misunderstandings during the booking and confirmation process, especially for renting a car outside Tehran. Saadat was quick to respond and were customer minded to solve the misunderstandings.

We have rented a peugeot 206 from saadatrent for almost 13 days. We almost explored all the Iran without any problem with the car.

I had a great experience with the rent-a-car service. The staff was very friendly, and everything matched what we had reserved. The car was like new and exceptionally clean.

Be careful with this company and absolutely don't pay any deposit cause you will never get it back. I did not get back the deposit and they blame on different thing everyday. In the contract they force you to sign, there is a lot of thing that you have understand and the most of them is about the deposit. My case is in hand of lawyer who said the contract they have is not legal in Iran.

Decent, clean cars, reasonably priced, accommodating company, easy handover. Could work on offering better insurance covers and the fact that they charge you to wash the car after rental period is annoying (even though it doesn’t cost much but it is something that I have never experienced before). Also, no post rental communication which is not great. Even if an automated email/message.
All said, absolutely recommended! 👍🏼

Poor quality ,bad condition of Cars the most important point of my view .expensive prices and strict stepst.
In my idea there is no foundation of car rental in iran except famous brand one like Europe car or others but due to sanction there is no basic information regarding hiring cars
Unfortunately if you want to travel to Iran is very nice country and people but dont try rent any thing .

At first Ive booked a car for 2 weeks, further Mahsa from Saadat helped us a lot with hotels and flight tickets for very reasonable prices. And what was really important helped when we turned out to be in some really problematic situations (missed flight, mistakes made by the hotel etc). I would recommend this agency for everybody going to visit Iran.

Communication was clear and easy via web site and email (before our trip) and via WhatsApp (during our trip).
Pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, with locations of our choice.
The car, a Toyota Prado, was in very good condition.
We loved the self drive option and the unlimited mileage option.
