I would be very wary of using this…
I would be very wary of using this company for its services. I have had a terrible experience in hiring a tower through them. I would give a zero star if that was an option.
I am still pursuing in trying to get my money back and not very accommadating. Keep giving excuse after excuse. I would avoid them so you are not disappointed.

We have hired a scaffold tower to yourself and you have complained about the parts being faulty however when returned the depot the tower was found to be absolutely fine and in working condition, we cannot offer a full refund for equipment that had no faults.

Apologies this was delivered with a fault, this was reported around 2pm and we got it swapped the following morning, the wacker plate was then kept on hire for the full week and collected, if this wasn't required we could've processed a full refund for you but we were never told anything else until the full week of hire was up at which point you just advised us to collect.

Used SAB to order a scaffold tower
Used SAB to order a scaffold tower. The tower was delivered at the time and date I ordered, and was delivered by a very helpful driver who even helped me to get it all into my back garden.
When I was finished with it, again the tower was collected at the time agreed.
Price was way less than going through other hire companies, and although there was no assembly instructions, there are plenty of YouTube videos if you are struggling.
Will be using SAB again when needed and would 100% recommend this company. Thanks again

Be very mindful when you hire from SAB…
Be very mindful when you hire from SAB - that communication is very difficult.
Also that Easter is a very busy time and collecting equipment is difficult due to high demand. (made to feel this is the customers problem)
A lot of wasted time waiting for pick up. over 6 hours over 3 days - still await pick up
Brandon Hire local supplier -
asked for a delivery time from SAB - told will get back to me.
next call from delivery driver at property waiting.

3 failed attempts
Brandon hire did not turn up for 1st slot as advised by SAB
Bradon hire sent out text for second collection. But would not come down street as too narrow due to parked cars. No call from driver.
when I called Brandon hire refused to take phone call about pick up - as SAB is customer.
SAB - unable to sort
3rd pick up slot again text for pick up and 2 hour window + number to call for enquires.
- driver "ran out of time" did not come to property
Now expected to be at property for a 4th attempt at pick up.
no refund partial or in full for my wasted time.
SAB told me my anger and the intention to leave negative review (actually frustration at wasted time) was misplaced as it is Brandon Hire who are at fault.
BUT Brandon Hire wont take calls from me about this as SAB the customer.
Won't use SAB again.
hopefully equipment will be picked up on 4th attempt. and 4th day.
asked for exact time for pick up on the 4th attempt. Told this is not possible. Even on a 4th attempt.
Not a happy customer.
Buyer beware.

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. Ordered the tower online, got delivered the next day. Texts/calls received advising when on way to drop n pick up. Delivery drivers fabulous. Equipment in great condition.
Only needed it for 1 day, but £120 for a week is a bargain

After paying for a tower and ladder I…
After paying for a tower and ladder I was then informed they didn't have the one I ordered. We changed the order to one they said had in stock, only to be told they didn't have that either in any of their London depots. It took about a week to receive back the deposit. Not very good.

Hi Brian, I can see you placed an order and your local depot didn't have narrow width tower in stock so ultimately the order was cancelled 2 hours after you placed it, this unfortunately happens from time to time if there's a stock shortage for a particular item and can't be helped. We don't take deposits at all though so I'm unsure why you've stated it took a week to receive your deposit back, your order was refunded that same day you ordered it and will have hit your bank within 72 hours as all refunds do. We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to lack of stock but we certainly didn't hold your deposit for 1 week as we don't take one.

We hired some scaffolding a small tower I spoke with a gentleman called Mike who was one of the managers at Sab very helpful on what and how we were to erect it and what to do what we needed and all that it was subbed out to Speedy Hire who were also extremely helpful the driver was charming and a really good laugh highly recommended would use again
