Replacement of damaged core

Jaz Parker was tremendously helpful throughout the process of reviewing my issue and suppling me with solutions. Very attentive towards detail and was able to honour the replacement process quickly and get me my new proffie core.

Terrible service, terrible sabers

Ordered two sabers, $500 each, broke repeatedly, and now that I’ve asked for replacement sabers, they’ve ghosted my email. Take your business somewhere else

The saber came in half assed condition

The saber came in half assed condition. It rattled when shook, the loose piece cannot be reach to tighten. The saber doesn’t connect to the app. I tried to return it, but because I opened it and tested and saw it didn’t work, I couldn’t get a refund. The communication has been poor. I would not recommend.

Great quality and customer service

The Quality of the sabers I got is just awesome. The really care for every little Detail. The Delivery took quite some time, but the customer support was easy to reach out to and helped me quickly. All in all a recommendation from me to all Star wars fans and enthusiasts.

Bought for my grandson for Christmas…

Bought for my grandson for Christmas and did not work .we have been asking for a refund and to return for nearly a month.they act as though there doing something saying its gone to management. They have agreed twice to a refund but still not sent return address. They are now saying they are declining refund.we have done everything within their refund policy and still got nowhere. We have had to go and buy my grandson something simular so this leaves me out of pocket of £300 .it sounds like it happens a lot with refunds with this company absolutely not right wot this company is doing

Ultimately, a return address was sent, but the product was not sent back to us.

Beautiful product and amazing quality

My friends were the first to let me know about SaberTheory. At first I didn't know a lot about them but we did some research and they sounded too good to be true. Fortunately, our experience with the Knight and Padawan sabers proved to be the high quality sabers they were shown to be and even better than we imagined. Many hours have been spent, and will be spent in the future, dueling together on the esplanade and with friends. I applaud an actual working website too! So many companies have websites that are slow and inefficient. However, the SaberTheory website was quick and easy to navigate and find the right sabers for us. The shipping was a lot faster than we had expected and I received multiple updated emails so I could track my sabers easily. The sabers came with no missing pieces or broken parts or ruined packaging, and I believe they are worth every cent for the beauty and high quality of the product. Many thanks to SaberTheory from myself and my mates.

They do not honor their return policy

They do not honor their return policy. The customer service acts oblivious to almost everything you ask them. What can you expect from a company who cant even get an original company name. Knockoff company.

Magic

I could not be happier or more satisfied. Really special experience. Watching Theory's video I was shaken to hear the latest deal; "A FREE saber with each purchase...". Wow and I'm so grateful for the sale. I purchased my favorite saber of the series, Luke's ROTJ "replica". It represents Luke's acceptance of his failure in ESB and determination to be a real Jedi. This saber was his and his alone. His creation. And this is what it looked like in the movie. And the YT video where Mark Hamil sees is for the first time in XX years. Not sure where the copper part came from. But the best part was the "free" saber. I scoured Theory's site and took note of every saber. Which one would it be? This was for my 7 yr old son and myself. The same age as me when I saw ROTJ for the first time in theaters. I would give him the Luke ROTJ for sure if he wanted. But when the package arrived, and the 2nd saber was E09-A Black-Gold I was thrilled! I figured the 2nd saber would be something on the 3rd - 5th saber pages but it's absolutely perfect. And the packaging is immaculate. My son loves the E09 A Black & Gold. I get to keep my Luke ROTJ and we get to bond over Star Wars. He even said this was the best day of his whole life. 7 yrs old is truly one of the best ages we all experience and I want to thank Theory for his part in making this happen. And George Lucas. Despite the misguided sequel trilogy and some subsequent shows, my son and I get to bond over the original trilogy ,the prequel trilogy, lego star wars and now Theory Sabers. Which is nothing but Magic.

Love it

Everything has been fast and smooth, with delivery within a week, even on the other side of the planet. There were delivery issues with the lightsaber junior wanted, but then he could choose between waiting or being upgraded with one that was in stock at no extra costs.

Since we live in Norway, the lightsaber was immediately put to use in the fight against the Empire on Hoth. It looks, sounds and feels very real, and has provided hours of play already.

Processing is so slow

I ordered two Sabers on December 13th and paid for priority handling, They originally told me I would have the Sabers December 23rd. The Sabers did not ship until after the new year. The customer service was a joke. They would email me saying that they had reached out to the processing team and they would let me know as soon as they heard back. I was notified by DHL that the Sabers had shipped two days before I heard from Saber Theory. Once DHL had the Sabers shipping was fast enough.
The packaging of the sabers was not great. They used the display box with no additional padding.

Amazing Sabers

Got 3 lightsabers on the holiday's for my hubby and he LOVED THEM! He was so excited that he even shed tears of joy. The little kid inside him came out lol. Recieved amazing attention from the team. The quality is incredible. Definitely worth it. Recommend 💯

I originally ordered a different saber…

I originally ordered a different saber but sabertheory emailed me to let me know it was out of stock and let me choose a different saber even though I had to pay a little bit more for this other one. They were in contact with me asking if I received the saber in the canada post strike and didn't stop making contact till I received it. Pretty good customer service

Great customer service, fast delivery and quality product.

I ordered 2 sabers in a buy one get one free deal over the Christmas period - unfortunately one of the ones I’d ordered had become out of stock due to high demand; I was given a replacement saber which was more expensive. The saber arrived in great working order as well as arriving promptly.

The customer service I received throughout was brilliant, my representative was also polite and helpful and kept me updated about my order throughout.

Would highly recommend anyone wanting a saber to go with Saber Theory.
