Excellent hilt and blade quality, I have 2 products, 1 xeno and 1 proffie. Takes a while to learn the manual but after that it’s all smooth sailing

The sabers' quality is great! I'm very happy to finally have a astonishing lightsabers in my Star Wars colletion! The support from SaberTheory is great too! Very fast and precise answers only made me feel taken care of.

U pay for priority shipping and in return u don't get any expected arrival date u get nothing u are left in the dark for over a week, and when u request a refund they also need processing for over a day

Terrible experience feels like a scam

Originally I tried placing an order for the 36" Phantom saber with Xenopixel. In doing so, I am supposed to be able to get another saber for free (Knight). They said that they were having issues with their site and that it would be fixed promptly. Over a week later it still isn't fixed.

I decided to go with another saber to ensure that I would receive it in time for Christmas. At the time that I placed my order the site said, "Guaranteed delivery before Christmas". I inquired about that today (12/22) and was told that it will now take 7-14 business days. What the hell!?

This company is using fake marketing to wrangle in customers to get their money, but does not deliver on their promises.

AVOID!!!

These guys should be politicians as they won’t give a straight answer. Ordered with guaranteed Xmas delivery, paid for express shipping, only to be repeatedly being told they have my order and the ‘ team are working on it as quickly as possible’. I asked time after time would it be here for Xmas as advertised and I could not get that answer from them (despite them knowing it wouldn’t arrive in time).

Do your research. There’s lot of companies offering Sabors and I recommend avoiding this company.

Dealt mainly with Jaz Parker, kept me informed all throughout from order to delivery, friendly and helpful service.

Saber itself is great, quality is fantastic, sound and feel is awesome too, exactly what I wanted, very happy and would recommend to anyone

I placed and order for $614.98 and I never even got an order number and I was trying to contact there customer service and they have been zero help it’s times like this when I hate buying online if I ever receive this order it will be the last one I get from Sabertheory
I should also mention it’s been 4 days since my original purchase date

The saber is good minus the sound. The sound quality is poor. Good thing I got this for Black friday because this is overpriced at what it regularly goes for. I took another star down because the customer service plays dumb when you mention any issues you have.

The whole process from purchase to delivery went very smoothly and without any problems. I was kept informed of every step by email.
The two Sabers are awesome! They are very easy to use and a lot of fun to duel with. You have different sounds and you can choose different colors. I can only recommend Sabertheory. Greetings from Germany.

I am very impressed by the quality of my first saber. It is going to be difficult for this not to start a collection. My the force be with you.

Communication is key and SaberTheory communicated with me at pretty much every step. Something I can confidently say I don't think I have experienced at all with any other company. I'm new to the lightsaber experience so I can't compare different lightsaber companies but with what I have received from SaberTheory, it is of really great quality. Their seasonal deals are also really amazing such as buy one get one free. Overall, I will probably buy another saber from them eventually.
