K Stephenson Heating Services 

Called KSHS on behalf of my 91 yr old mother as her old boiler started misbehaving. Mr Stevenson inspected the boiler the same day & phoned me with his findings. Sent me an estimate for a new boiler that evening. Although we may have been able to get a slightly cheaper quote, we are very pleased we went ahead with KSHS. Mr Stevenson and his son arrived promptly (having agreed to start an hour later to give more time for my mother to be ready), were very courteous and carried out the job very efficiently. Left everything very clean and tidy. Have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

My husband found Kevin as he specialises in the boiler we have.
I emailed and then Kevin called me the next working day and we fixed a day that was convenient to us both.
I asked for an estimate, just to get an idea of price as we haven’t had our boiler services for years and I was happy with what he advised.
Kevin and another chap arrived at the time he stated, and adhered to the Covid guidelines to work safely in my home.
I felt safe having them both in my home and Kevin was very informative.
When it came to the invoice the price was actually cheaper than the estimate he gave, which shows his honesty.

KS Heating Service fitted a Worcester Bosch Boiler for us 3 years ago. They carry out an annual inspection and the work is always carried out efficiently and professionally. If you are thinking of a new boiler this winter I would recommend you contact Kevin for a quote and an excellent service.

Just so glad we asked Kevin and Max to fix the heating system in our new property, which had been left inoperative and dangerous by the former owners. They were quite exceptional, including Max crawling in a narrow space under the rafters to discover and repair the failed control unit which we had been unable to locate. Could not recommend them more highly.

Mr Stephenson and his son were very prompt, courteous and discussed the work clearly. The installation of a new external gas line was started exactly on time and most efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Kevin and his son Max installed a new gas boiler for me with a 'Nest' controller. They also made some plumbing improvements and fitted a new filter to improve boiler protection.
I am very pleased with the result.

Kevin and Max fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler for us. Kevin was quick to provide a quote which was competitive with British Gas and talked me through my options. He was good at explaining the changes I would need to bring the new boiler system to the current safety specification. On the day they arrived on time and took care to protect my utility and carpets while they worked. Kevin and Max work well as a team and did a neat job of fitting the new boiler. They even fixed a few existing problems while installing the boiler and at the end of the day explained how the new boiler worked and cleaned up all the areas they had worked in. From start to finish I have no complaints they did a great job and would recommend them to fit a new boiler.
