I found Kevin via a recommendation from a neighbour. Having problems with my heating , I phoned Kevin asking for help, he arranged to come and have a look the same day, diagnosed the faults quickly and managed to replace parts the next day including a Boiler service. Kevin and his son Max worked well together were very polite and helpful, leaving my home clean and tidy.

We were having on-going boiler issues and were very pleased that a neighbour recommended Kevin and Max.They came and quickly assessed the problem and offered to do what they could but did say that given the age of the boiler it would make sense to consider a replacement. We greed and they promptly provided a comprehensive quote that we were happy to accept ,
They came as planned to do the work and just got on with it causing us absolutely no inconvenience They were courteous and efficient throughout and we soon had a nice new boiler.
We have used them twice since and have discussed with them other work that we expect to have done when our planned move goes ahead.
We like working with people who are positive an well organised and efficient and in every respect we found them to be so. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kevin has looked after my gas central heating systems for ten years. He installed two new boilers (in two different houses!) and overhauled the plumbing in the most recent house - a large house which needed a new cold water feed from roof to garage/boiler and completely new plumbing to kitchen and cloakroom. He rationalised several anomalies (e.g. the drain from the cloakroom basin was trying to drain - uphill!). He has always made sensible suggestions - like the washing machine fitting sensibly into the garage - and has been very supportive in crises. Kevin and Max have always completed any work with with style and manners.

Fantastic job done by K. Stephenson Heating. They installed a whole new heating system for us; new boiler, dual zone control and new radiators. Great advise given on all aspects. They are honest, reliable, extremely hard working and very professional. They really care about the ascetics too! K. Stephenson always serviced the boiler at our old house so we knew who to go to as this was such a big job. We have a lovely, well controlled, warm house and I never knew that I could be so happy just looking at radiators! We couldn’t be any more impressed by Kev and Max and would be more than happy to recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kevin & Max installed a new ATAG boiler, ran new gas supply pipe to kitchen extension, advised and fitted two large vertical radiators, all preparation and pipework etc.
At no point in the planning and installing process was I not consulted or informed. Additionally, Kevin & Max were always on time as well as being polite and courteous throughout.
