Initially bought from a Facebook advert with no indication it came from China, item arrived and is faulty does no pair with any of our mobile phones rendering it useless.
My Facebook comment was deleted and they blocked any messages asking for help on messenger, they won't answer my emails now either after initially seeming helpful.
I've asked for a refund but still waiting on a return address sae.
