Woman, avoid!
Vulgar Treatment! Taken on in January 2022 by a company that was bought over by Safelane Global in April 2022
A month of safelane global running the business they made a quick decision to make me redundant without paying me the embarrassingly low notice payment, fought for that for sometime.
Safelane were aware that I was being bullied by my male superior colleagues, the inappropriate sexual remarks that were made daily to me just before they made me redundant and done nothing to support me. I cried daily trying to find someone to seek support from but they had no HR and were all family or in intimate relationships with each other.
They would have also been aware that my H&S colleague went in to the ladies bathroom with me to take a urine sample which is completely against any kind of human rights. Should be done by a nurse in a safe private area or clinic. I was frightened and embarrassed to say the least. I have no idea what he done with the sample. Looking in to my rights and legal action on that. It so happens no other woman working for them had to go through this. Its clearly an unacceptable way to treat a person.
My manager at the time was clearly unfit for the position. Sending drunk snap chats to woman throughout the business and talking vulgarly about woman. Not a way to behave in 2022. If there were more female leaders within the business it would cut out perpetrators.
