SAFE SECURITY took over Elite alarm systems, we were moving from the house they were providing services, we sent by mail and email a letter requesting the cancellation 60 days before moving, we didn't hear anything about them until 1 year after in our new home, they sent us a bill for $780 stating we didnt pay for a whole year, we re send the cancellation letters,still they denied receiving them and after trying everything we could to proof we followed the contract (which was month to month) they send us to collection to ruin our credit, at the end, we paid just to avoid the credit affects of it, but yes, they charged us $780 for no services, I will not ever recommend this company to anyone, customer services too will make you wait for ever and when they talk to you they are aggressive and condescending, stay away from them!!!
