I had a bad delivery due to the delivery company delivering it must have thrown it and damaged the goods in side, I rang safe safesol and spoke to a lady called Vicki Morrison who was one of the most Professional and understanding people, she not only replaced within 2 days she communicated all the way through until the goods came through. I was very impressed by the service and the product and would like to say thank you to Vicki and to relay to SafeSol that you have a great member there who has made a trusted customer with myself and my company for the future.
