So I was at wits end. We moved house and the cats started weeing on the carpet. Tried so many cleaners and nothing has made a difference. Only used once but instantly improved the smell. Hoping a second application will only improve it more.

We had a waste pipe break so this was meant to break down human urine. It didn't seem to do the job and we used lots of it more than once.

Update Having spoken with the company I had a phone call from a lovely lady who advised us to continue with treatments as it can take more than a few applications. They are working with us to get this problem solved. Great customer service

It WORKS now it takes those enzimy things a while to get chomping but it does work. Once the area is saturated it seemed to dry and then the smell started to dissipate then we realised It had gone. Even with nose to concrete it was gone. so impressed that after 22 years of saying we will never have a smelly dog our new puppy arrives next month. This stuff will let family have the dog they want and for me to stay sane in my fresh house.

With £30.00 delivery charge I would expected the TR-50 to have had the container sealed, secured or wrapped properly
On delivery day one of the girls she touched the wet container and she burned her fingers

I highly recommend checkmate. I have a cat that sprays in my house and have tried all sorts of remedies. None of which get rid of the smell. I bought checkmate out of desperation and now wouldn't buy anything else. Within an hour my house smelt clean and fresh without the heavy perfumes of other products that just mask the smell. Excellent product !! Efficient delivery too!!

Quick delivery which was good but unfortunately was unable to remove the smell of smoke - have used this in the washing machine several times but the smell still lingers and have had to dispose of the items so would not recommend for this type of smell.
