I’ve been using the SafeTag tracker for a while now, and I have to say I’m genuinely impressed. The device itself is really well-designed—sleek, compact, and feels sturdy enough to handle everyday use. Setting it up was a breeze, and the whole system just works flawlessly.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Every time I reached out with a question, I got a response almost instantly, and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. It’s rare to find support that quick and personal these days.

Another big plus is how affordable their plans are. You get so much value for the price, especially considering the accuracy and reliability of the tracker. Overall, I couldn’t be happier—SafeTag has completely exceeded my expectations!

I've now been using a number of trackers for a couple of years now. The functionality of these trackers is good once you get used to the structure of and symbols used in the tracker data - which doesn't take long to be honest. Where this company excels however, is their after-sales service!

My original 3G tracker was great, but when I was offered a cut price upgrade to the newer 4G model I jumped at the chance. All went well initially, but after a few months battery life dropped from the average 6-8 weeks to just 7 days! On raising this as an issue to receiving a replacement took less time than it took for the battery to run flat! Customer Service (thanks Leantine & Co) were brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought their tracker in G2 days, when that ceased to operate I was provided free of charge a G4/5 model, I hard problems with audio warning and Safeguard preplaced free of charge with an alternative unit. Outstanding service for customer care and speed of action. I highly recommend them

First class company, I bought my tracker for my motorhome almost two years ago. No real problems with the tracker but any small issues I’ve had have been dealt with promptly and efficiently in a friendly manner.
I’m now in the process of selling my motorhome therefore cancelling my subscription so wanted to leave some feedback. If I’m in the market for a tracker in the future then SafeTrack will be my first choice.

I had a faulty unit. The CS tried to resolve but it proved faulty so I was issued with a return label at no cost.
After testing the unit a replacement was issued.
CS responded to my initial contact within a few hours & responded quickly to follow up emails.
CS was always polite & understood my questions.
Definitely recommended, well done.

The device itself is excellent for tracking my teenagers car and gives me peace of mind. In a day where customer service is generally slow and poor - SafeTag break the mold and are both quick and efficient.

Fantastic tracker and great customer service too.

Dead easy to set up, very accurate tracking and simple to use dashboard. Have 3 of the OBD port devices for vehicle tracking and they are faultless - pinpoint accurate and always live. Had an issue getting one set up (my fault!) and the team couldn't have been more helpful with it, no hanging around waiting days for emails either which was a lovely bonus!

Did not realise that you could get such good customer service and such accurate trackers from a reasonably small company that competes with the big boys , at prices that to be honest sound to good to be true but well im living proof i even used it at the o2 arena to find my car when i forgot where i parked it and watched my car was not being used at the airport off site parking whilst i was in spain app worked perfectly, accurate to withing 3 meters , even one on my motorbike, going to put one on my boat and caravan

I work with dementia. The gentleman has a habit of disappearing. Which has happened twice up to now. If it was not for the tracker , it would have been totally impossible to find him the tracker has given us added security , that the gentleman is safe. And if he does disappear, we can find him i recommend this tracker for anybody with disabilities. Because it works

The whole team is exceptional and they have always been very helpful whenever I have a problem with the tracker and reached out. Their response is swift and they go above and beyond to resolve whatever situation I present to them.

Besides the affordable quality trackers, safetag also has good customer service, addressing issues, and providing information related to their service. Great platform!
