Had a few issues with a tracker failing GPS location due to external issues, but as precaution it was replaced and upgraded FOC with the subscription transferred. With that in mind, the product is very good and ticks all the boxes for the purpose its used for. Ever had your boss saying your claiming to much mileage for work, use this to track your moves. Have a fleet of cars, use this product. With a 10 second refresh, this is cheaper than a bargain bucket at KFC. 100% recommend this product, not just for the product itself, but the outstanding customer service when you have an issue.

I have been with them for about 4 years now and I have found their trackers to be excellent. I have had no issues that were not my own idiocy and even then, when I did contact customer service, they were excellent! I had a 2g tracker for almost 3 years now and as the 2g network is shutting down, they wrote to me and provided a new 4g tracker, at no charge to me! I was amazed. I have 3 trackers currently with them and will be sticking with them.

Product upgrade which was handled speedily and efficiently, would definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a SafeTag Mag and a SafeTag Mini, and I'm incredibly impressed with both. The value for the price is outstanding. I use one for my camper van and the other for my bicycle, and their accuracy, rapid data recording, and long battery life have completely put my mind at ease about potential theft. SafeTag has done a fantastic job!

SafeTag comes very well recommended as I’ve been using this device now for some time with no problems keeping tabs .
Recently upgraded to the 4G unit and that’s going well in terms of security.
Newer version has on/off switch and now comes with USB C connection (cable supplied)
Very good battery life with a monthly top up keeping it running smoothly.
Aftersales and support is second to none , going the distance if you have any technical issues etc.
Low cost subscription and flawless.
Peace of mind.

This is what you call customer service honestly. Real customer service is not just about the product getting to you promptly but more so, is the company going to really be there for you if something goes wrong. And this company did. The tracker ID was already in use when I put it in the app and the guys and girls behind the scenes just rectified it immediately allowing me to still make my drive across Europe! Great team

Hi, I'm so happy with the safe tag and nice customer service and allways is not easy to find something like that.

The tracker works exactly as expected. The Customer Service , in the rare occasion you require support, is fast and first class.

I have found the SafeTag device to be accurate and easy to use. Most importantly the after-sales service is excellent and I thank those who have helped me. Without a doubt the reassurance that my car can be tracked by the police, if needs be, cannot be over emphasised. Obviously, I will not say where I fit the tracker but due to its size it can be well hidden! This is a superb product.

The response time were very quick and the support I received helping me to sort out the problem was first class.
