I have been using a SafeTag Tracker for a couple of years now and I can’t fault it.
I’m not very technologically savvy but that’s the good thing, you don’t have to be, it’s pretty much ready to use straight out of the box.
It’s incredible value for money and very easy to use, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good quality tracker with plenty of features.

Great tracker and a fantastic company to deal with. Reliable technology with super accurate tracking via the easy to use app. Been a customer for a few years and just upgraded to the latest 4G Mag which was a quick and seamless process with the support team. I would highly recommend getting a tracker from this company, with seriously reasonable subscription prices and excellent customer service.
The tracker is excellent and works fine for me in Ireland and the app is very user friendly
I have been having some troubleshooting issues nothing to do with device but to do with my location and building and the support team have been absolutely excellent, giving me in depth troubleshooting advice and even following up afterwards to make sure it was resolved. Emails are responded to within the day from them. I don't often write reviews but I feel these guys really deserve some praise.

I don’t think a single person would ever give this amazingly accurate device coupled with its equally brilliant customer service anything less than 5 stars! The fussiest amongst us; the utmost cynics and even the compulsive complainers couldn’t find fault with this company’s customer service, its iOS app and most importantly its product!

This is a great company. The tracker works exactly as promised with many extra facilities including geofencing. When they had an upgrade available, they provided it promptly at a good discount. Their customer service is helpful and very responsive.

You're kept up to date with whole process and the response time from the team is first class.
The Safetag is constantly updating your journey and another great feature is you can find your car in big carparks or any area your not sure of.

Reached out for some info and it was dealt with in fast time, and so very polite with some extra info on how I can move forward in the future, please try these guys out they're absolutely brilliant 👏

I've had a Safetag tracker on my Motorhome and cannot fault the service or information via the app. Well worth it.

SafeTag Tracking has some good aspects worth mentioning. The setup is simple, and the device performs well, offering reliable car tracking through the app. Customer service is responsive and helpful, especially when dealing with issues like SIM card troubleshooting or replacement parts. However, connectivity glitches during setup can be frustrating. Overall, decent but room for improvement. ***

I very seldom write a review but this really deserves one.
It is a fantastic little device, backed up with an easy to use app and / or online account that both work very very well.

1. It's a fraction of the price of many theoretically 'superior' devices on the market
2. It is simple to install in the car No wiring at all is required - charge it up and hide it in the car somewhere.
3. I'm sure some insurance companies demand more but mine was more than happy with this device - and I am using it on a £40K Audi S3.

In addition to the excellent way it works, there is also a very good aftersales support set up which is UK based and quick to respond. I had a few questions that were answered thoroughly, but more interestingly, I had a couple of suggestions for how this could be made even better with some changes to how the app notifications work - and therefore how they would work in the event of someone actually stealing the car. My recommendations are on the list for a future software update.
Overall ….. very impressed and highly recommended.

I purchased my 4G tracker and tried to set the device up, they had an error on their side however managed this well, it took a few days but that is acceptable, however on 2 occasions the GPS device stopped working the first time was a random shut off and network failure again their side but it corrected so i continued to use the device as i was given a discount off the membership, however my device stopped working again, i did all the typical reboot options then contacted them again, got told the same instructions i already done, and it has been a week no solution, thought i have paid for 3 months i will cancel the renew, and then the cancelled my plan immediately and de-registered my device and kept 8 weeks worth of money and i have no service.

I cannot recommend the product as it is not reliable, possibly i have had a faulty device, but they have given me no solutions.

Have had the mini unit for about 3 months now and have travelled all over the country in that time. It's unbelievably good and reliable. Support is highly responsive, very customer-friendly and technically astute (Thanks, Amar!). Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who will listen!
