Excellent communications. This included “prior to pick up” communication and “on the day”. We knew exactly when our van would arrive. Martin is extremely kind and professional, with him going above and beyond to make it work for us, due to a constraint at our end.

As we had bought a van we couldn’t collect ourselves, this could have been stressful. Safetie’s highly professional approach ensured a stress-free experience. Highly professional and very reasonable fees. He even setup van at our end and physically mitigated for missing motor-mover control- superb customer service

Martin was really helpful with the whole process. He has a friendly, polite and professional manner. Keeping us updated throughout. He moved a Fendt 700 (almost 9M long by 2.5 M wide), from the Middlesbrough to Aberystwyth. He did it when I needed it, even postponing his own trip to do the job. His live tracking was spot on, and the van arrived safe and sound. He spent time positioning the van where we wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely use him again when needed, and would highly recommend anyone else requiring a towing facility. Thanks Martin for your excellent service.

I can’t recommend Martin enough for getting your caravan safely to where you need! From start to finish he keeped me updated on the process and timing. When he arrived he checked it over with me and put it exactly where I needed it.
