I had been looking for some spares for my older caravan. SFM had them at a very good price. Very friendly, efficient service with great prices. Highly recommend.

What a refreshing change it was to deal with Liam and his team they were excellent and the caravan we bought was exactly as it was described(it’s rare) when we saw it, Also it was great value and not overpriced the big main dealers could learn a lot from SFM, instead of just trying to extract as much money for poorly presented vans & a below average service I recommend SFM if they have something that you like the look of it’s worth getting in touch

A window on my Bailey van was broken whilst on holiday last summer; SFM made up another one on insurance which was then broken whilst being sent to me in the post. They redid it and sent another one. I can only recommend them for this trying situation. The new one is nicely installed in the van. They were cheaper than another supplier I tried. Very well done!

If your looking for a caravan look no further these people were really helpful,I’d spent the best part of 12 months looking when I came across them by accident. I’m a first time buyer with little experience but I knew what I wanted, or I thought I did. They were great, they didn’t rush me and offered plenty of advice. They even sorted all the equipment needed to get me up and running. And offered delivery. Any concerns you have you just contact them. Great friendly family run business. Can’t thank them enough 66 yr old having the time of my life 👍

I bought two motors for the skylights and they sent me two motors that were completely rusted, used and broken. I lost €130, but this crime family has lost face. Please read the many bad reviews about this family business.

Having ordered a new very large motorhome window from SFM Caravans i was cautious about damage in transit, the sales team put my mind at rest as they package this type of item weekly......Window arrived on time in brand new condition and i couldn't be happier.

I enquired about a part for the caravan but explained it would need to be delivered next day as I was hiring the caravan the day after. I was assured by email that they could offer next day guaranteed delivery by 13:00 for an extra £7.50 shipping. The part I was ordering was only £5, but desperately needed it. I paid the £7.50 + £5 but the part did not arrive by the guaranteed time. The part arrived the day after (too late), and was shipped by standard 1st class. I messaged the company to ask if I could have a partial refund (only the cost difference between 1st class and guaranteed by 13:00 delivery), but they have not responded since. Hugely disappointed & let down, and not very happy I was apparently ripped off for a promised delivery option that I paid for, & they've made extra money from me by using a cheaper alternative that they knew would arrive too late.

After an attempted break-in my lunar kichen window was broken.e-mailed sfm,and within 1 hour holly replied saying they had the correct window.delivered next day in perfect condition.thank you so much sfm.i cant rate them highly enough.

The front window on our 2010 Elddis caravan had huge cracks running down both panes. No backup or dealer service in Australia for this model so was unable to source the window anywhere. A friend recommended SFM Caravans and the service has been excellent. We had a minor hiccup with freight but when our window did arrive in Brisbane it was securely packaged and in perfect condition. Have now fitted it and we are mobile again! Highly recommend SFM for the knowledge and expertise, thank you Holly.
