A drop shipping shell company. My package came from a third party. No-drill wall hooks (adhesive included) came with no adhesive.

Ordering was easy and received fairly quickly for the holiday season. Very satisfied with the quality!

When the lamp we ordered was missing a critical mounting bracket and I was in the middle of a family emergency and couldn't reach out consistently or quickly, when I finally did, Sage & Sill responded immediately and resolved the issue. I am beyond impressed by their customer service!

Item never showed up. Refund never received. Feels like a scam.

They sent me two identical lamps with different finishes. I posted a review that was promptly removed. The lamps are available for $15 online which Iwish I’d seen before I placed my “sale” order for $67. I ama dope.

Update: They refunded my purchase in full. E for Effort for sure. I was able to find a 14” piece on Amazon that made it work.

Highly disappointed in their customer service. I ordered a macrame paper towel holder. I was so excited and was excited it was finally here. Well when a paper towel roll is 12" long at least, how does a 10" holder work? They said they shipped the right product therefore if I wanted to return it I have to pay the $ 15.00 to return it. What a joke. Bad business for sure.

Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong item. It was an honest mistake as the item’s box was incorrectly marked. I contacted customer service and they rectified the situation immediately. I’m very satisfied and would recommend Sage & Sill to anyone shopping for that special something.

Item arrived exactly as described. The wood is beautiful and the piece seems very sturdy so far. The only thing I wish was possible would be their ability to adjust the grind size.

Found what I wanted easily and the order was shipped and received in a timely manner without any issues.

Great pillow, it’s like one continuous tube - a puzzle that boggles the mind and remains one of the universes great mysteries. Dog ate it almost immediately but that’s hardly a fault of design or manufacturing.

Got hat hooks. They work well! Hats all ip on the wall now!

Great product but was expecting it in brass, and for it to be larger, however i am pleased all the same.

There was challenges with my delivery due to my post office. They resent the remaining half of the orders immediately! I was so pleased with the quality of the product and customer service.

Item seems okay, but it said expected to arrive in 2-4 weeks and only came after 6 weeks. This meant it was late for what I needed it for. When I raised this issue with the company, they refused to offer any compensation for the significant inconvenience.
