When I ordered the item, I assumed that it would be shipped from their corporate office location, not China. It took considerably longer to arrive than I had anticipated.

Package arrived earlier than I expected. The Crystal balls are clean and beautiful. Shipping information was accurate and was updating whenever I checked to see where the package was during the delivery phase.

The website is cool and looks cute. Before you buy ANYTHING from here, check both Amazon and AliExpress. You will get it 1/3 price and quicker delivery

I purchased the single glass bulb rooting vase. It is very cute and looks adorable on my window sill. This would make a perfect hostess gift and I am thinking of ordering more.

I ordered 2 raven lamps made of plastic. One of the ravens arrived with a snapped off leg. I reported it to Sage & Sill, saying: "Don't worry about it, I can glue it back on all by myself." They replied almost immediately, with sincere apologies, and told me they would be very happy to send me another lamp -- free of charge -- without me having to return the broken one. Phenomenal customer service!

I ordered 3 items and received 1. I have been emailing customer service for over 2 weeks and the issue still hasn't been resolved. These were meant for a birthday gift but the birthday has come and gone with no resolution. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this online store to anyone.

Product very unique. Shipped well. I love it.

Ordered an item for delivery to the UK that wasn't available anywhere here. Good price, great service, regular email updates and it arrived in one piece (I was worried, as it's glass), Lovely item too. A perfect experience really.

This website is a drop shipping company selling items from Chinese manufacturers at a markup.

Many reviews on their website are fake/purchased and the website automatically removes reviews below 4 stars. Other reviews mimic the fake kind found on other Chinese manufacturing websites that purchase reviews.

Lastly, they are purposely paying reviewers to place positive reviews including on Trustpilot. Of note, the most recent positive review on Trustpilot is someone with social media accounts advertising for Sage & Sill and is clearly a paid influencer.

Please note: Review suppression and falsification is an FTC violation. You can quickly and easily report Sage & Sill for this illegal practice on the FTC website for reporting fraud.

I order a towel bar from this company, it came in a timely manner and was perfect for the space.

Wasn't expecting this to be so incredibly tiny plus the other pot was missing, it said no where on there that the bowl that its holding is not included as it should be, especially for the price

See my reviews about this scam company. Among other things, they doubled charged us for one item. I filed an FTC complaint for reasons set forth below.
Item ordered in early January. We contacted our credit card company to stop payment and they will not pay on either charge which S&S knows. Sooooooo....

They then sent another email asking that we permit our credit card to pay for the original item - still not delivered but ordered 5+ weeks ago. You can't make this up. I stopped payment weeks ago after lengthy correspondence with someone not fluent in English. I advised them not to send us anything unless written in comprehensible English. So they wrote and wanted me to overide my refusal to pay for the item ordered in early January and still not here. Tracking - which is fake - shows it is still in mainland China.

They admit to having two orders and charging for two orders and "don't understand" how it happened. This was my wife's purchase. I only buy American made goods and she thought she was doing likewise. Giving money to this company is simply supporting a Chinese scam eminating from the mainland.

Item ordered going on a month ago. No number to call. When I asked a question in an online form about when to expect delivey, they wrote back saying: "it hasn't been fulfilled yet." That's an answer? Not a good company to deal with in any way.

I ordered 2 ravens. While the wait was long, they send me not 2 but 4 ravens. And let me keep the 2 extra ones. They look incredibly beautiful and like exactly what I wanted. The price is also very reasonable (for 2 ravens).

Deceptive foreign company. I ordered two items and one just says it’s cancelled online and have not heard back from the company. Everything is showing that it ships out of China. Not Seattle WA. I’m really upset that a they are taking peoples hard earned money.
