I had been researching for a while where to get my new upgraded diamond engagement from and came across SA diamonds. I received my 3.23ct diamond ring yesterday and I was absolutely blown away.I am particularly fussy and have good knowledge in diamonds having being offered a job in another lab diamond company as a sales rep so I knew exactly what I was looking for. The quality of these diamonds are incredible, the design is perfect and the price was so reasonable. I had paid 5 times the amount for a smaller lab diamond in Sydney for my original engagement ring and realise how unnecessary that was. Monil is extremely helpful answering any questions I had promptly and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else now for my future diamonds. You won’t be disappointed.

Great ring but there were shipping issues, the customer service was great at communicating and fixing the issues. The reason for 4 stars is...I haven't had this ring for a month and my stone already came out/off of the setting. Luckily I was able to find my stone!

There is a woman I've fallen for. She needs a diamond on her ring finger, and I'm privileged enough to be the one to do it. We both care about doing right by society and so we ignored other jewelers by picking a lab-grown gemstone to avoid conflict minerals. This business had what I was looking for based on what my lady said she liked, they answered all of my questions by email, followed through on all of their information and advertising with no sneaky ploys/ads/fees, and the ring itself is pretty. It was nice and convenient working with them.

They sent videos throughout the process and kept us informed. There were some holidays that delayed shipping and he made sure we were aware and set our expectations accordingly. I spent months doing research into various wholesalers as well as visiting several local jewelers. In the end, I chose S.A. Gems, and ordered 2 custom rings, an engagement ring & wedding band. My experience with Monil and his team was A+ from start to finish! I was nervous about making such a large & important purchase online, but the customer service I received couldn't have been better, which helped to lessen my anxiety! Every email was answered within the hour, I was able to schedule a zoom appt, communication was clear on what to expect, and everything went to the exact plan they promised. They also saved me a considerable amount of money on the exact solitaire diamond I wanted, as well as the custom design on both rings. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and will absolutely be referring them to friends & family. I am looking forward to my next beautiful purchase with S.A.
