On my second Sager laptop
On my second Sager laptop, I really wanted to like them but I won't be purchasing a third. Their laptops are very high end, fast with good features and good looks, when they work.
The first one lasted three years, okay but not great. Tried again with a new top of their line OLED gaming laptop. Nine months in it started shutting down in the middle of gaming. The power supply cannot keep up with the laptop requirements and shuts down repeatedly. I contacted Sager tech support well within the warranty period, TWENTYFOUR emails, the last of which started asking the same questions I'd already answered. Now I get a RMA for 'out of warranty service'. They have lost my repeat business over lack of quality and a power brick, sad.
