I landed on my destination and didn't have access to my plan. After finding a wifi connection, I got in touch with the help team via the app. The chatbot guided me up to a point but when it got stuck it connected me to a human agent. The agent was very helpful, giving me clear instructions. 30 minutes later and a few manual settings on my phone solved the problem. I read about the very good customer service from a website before buying a program, now, I can vouch for that too. I highly recommend it.
