I received my order this morning
I received my order this morning, I ordered on Monday. I had emailed and received no email back, however when I WhatsApp'd them they messaged me back and gave me my tracking ID, I know they are getting a bad write up just now and people are angry, but I just wanted to give them a positive review because I don't belive they're purposely taking people's money and not delivering goods, maybe they need to update the site when they don't have the product and give as much correspondence as possible or just give a refund.

Problem with order as wasn’t genuine but I’m assured it will be sorted out.

On one occasion, it seems, I had a 'replacement' item which was an upgrade on the item it was replacing.
Communication via the chat option is always prompt, friendly and helpful.
Each occasion I have ordered has been easy and hassle free. It can be scary ordering such things online but from my experiences I believe this is a site that can be trusted.

Had 4 parcels delivered by this company so far and it always arrives NEXT DAY! the customer service is great they always answer promptly and do what ever they can to assist they also give you a tracking number to track your delivery with Royal Mail.
