Postage is great but customer service can be dismissive and immature
They give recorded signed for next day delivery if you order before 1pm which is great. They usually have a lot of genuine products however if you feel that there's an issue or something isn't potent they can become very defensive and claim you're being dishonest which can come across as very unprofessional. It's cost me a lot at times and it's not nice when you're explaining to an agent on the live chat that something isn't genuine and the response is 'lolololol'.
There are some items I will not order from this site because I know they're not genuine and customer service won't help. Others I will gladly order some items over and over because they are genuine and I can rely on receiving them within 2 days. So overall I will give 3/5.
