They are also NOT at the address as advertised, we have been there. A completely different company have that unit and despite their name (All For Gadgets Ltd), they don't sell electrical items.

Scam. Sent over 20 emails and still no item or communications. Number doesn't connect either. Will be sorting this out tomorrow with Amex but also reporting the owners for fraud.

Wish I read the reviews here first. We spend a lot of money we didn’t have on a tv for owe new home, they took it and never delivered it. We’re devastated because we thought we’d got ourselves a good deal. Like everything was finally falling into place. Obviously not. Called the bank they’re gonna see what they can do

Wish I would of seen the reviews!!!! Just lost £375 on a 65 ivy television, fuming, we have been homeless a year and just manages to get a house and this was all the money we had! How dare you do this

Avoid like the plauge they advertise and undercut big company prices to suck you in, it all seems legit as you even recieve a email stating the item is dispatched. But it never arrives ive lost £120 for a rug doctor spot cleaner and my bank can't get the money back as it was paid via direct debit. I'd love to get hold of the people behind this who have taken my truly hard earned and honest money of me and my family. Absolute scum

FAKE COMPANY...SCAM...DISHONEST...Needs prosecuting...
They scammed my 75 yr old Mother out of £300 for a dishwasher that never arrived.. telephone number doesn't exist and doesn't answer when dialled. No reply to any emails...and the live chat is a joke..they respond with a celebratory style message offering a discount code as a reward for making contact..not even acknowledging the query or point in question.!!!!!!!!!

Like the rest of the reviews left below, I received a shipping/order confirmation that did not include any tracking information. I emailed and called after my expected delivery date came and there was no delivery. The phone number is dead/not in use, and I have received no email response (not even an automated response confirming I reached out and that someone will get back to me). I submitted a dispute chargeback with my credit card company.

Please do not order from this company! The website looks so legit, but the business addresses listed are generic rental business offices, the phone numbers are not real, chat service is not real and no responses from emails. Stay away! SCAM!!!! This site needs to be shut down!

This company is fake! It`s a SCAM. Avoid like the plague!! Paid £458 for an oven and never delivered. I received an extremely vague and indifferent response from Salephase and goods not trackable. I`ve reported them to Trading Standards so hopefully they will be caught and prosecuted.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering off this fake piece of crap website 😂😂 they clearly just take your money and don’t send anything! I contacted my bank today and a couple hours later got my refund of over £200, stay clear of this ‘company’

Ordered a Braun Multiquick 7 blender, received confirmation with a delivery of 2 weeks, 2 Days before due received an email advising had been shipped. a week later still nothing have not been able to contact, phone number does not work and emails not responded. 1 star is because had to put something.

Complete SCAM. Now waiting to hear from Barclays fraud team after the oven we paid over £200 for didn’t show up.

This is a scam, purchased a diswasher and it never arrived, nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Luckily I used my Amex card so was able to make a chargeback.

Scammed! No dishwasher cant get hold of them how can this been allowed to have gone on so long!

This company is totally fraudulent. There is a crime reference number of 232/22/3/21 for Gloucestershire Police. If you have been affected, like us, please report it to them under this reference, along with Action Fraud for the National Cyber Crime Agency to get involved as well.

Scammed like every one else if I saw alll this comments I would of not ordered like everyone else no tracking details no contact no phone line address comes up as a storage unit scammed me money of a dishwasher I should of realised the price was just to good to be true I’m upset

Stupidly didn’t check this site prior to spending £277 on a dishwasher. Exactly the same experience as the people below. Got a confirmation email, then told it had been dispatched but no tracking details. By that time I’d read the reviews and was highly suspicious so I emailed them to ask which company would be delivering. I was surprised to get a response within two days to inform me it was with DPD but still no tracking number. I rang DPD and there was nothing on their records for either myself or Salephase. Complete criminals, please don’t touch them. In retrospect their site, address, phone number and confirmation emails all look like someone has quickly knocked out in their living room.
