Scammers take your money.....your get nothing

If I could give no stars I would. Order without even a confirmation email! Obviously no goods received, no response to email or calls. Lucky enough I paid with credit card and now my claim is the bank.

Scam company. Said all by other below... in discussions with bank to recover money.

This isn't a real website! I've been Cond out of £220 for a nintendo switch. I've just put forward a claim with my bank so I'm hoping I will get it back! Bought this for a birthday present for my partner .Absolutely gutted that they can do this! How is this allowed on Google? You trust in Web searches and click on what they show you and then it turns out to be a fraud. They don't exist. I Recieved an email confirming my purchase but when you click on the the link no website exists. It has been 10 days and nothing. Its only when I googled it and saw how many people have been cond too which is why I'm writing on here to let others no! Don't be fooled! Something needs to be done about this. Sick!

I purchased a stand mixer. I actually did extensive research before ordering and on google. Only good reviews were available to view
- have ready hundreds of good reviews about the website my stupid self ordered it and now I’ve been bloody scammed.

Ordered oven and hob. Despite legitimate looking website and order confirmation and tracking emails nothing has arrived and impossible to communicate with the company. Today the website is not available and the phone line is dead. Not that they had been any use to date, but they did give some forlorn hope that it was a company battling covid difficulties and trying to sort themselves out rather than just a fraud. Have reported it to my credit card company. Who is else should I tell?

Ordered a cooker and microwave 12 days ago, delivery day came and went yesterday. Online chat- no response, phone number does not exist. Sent 2 emails asking for a refund- got no reply. Reported them to action fraud and got given a crime reference number & contacted my bank (Lloyds) who said i should be able to get the money back (£391.24). I hope everyone else gets refunded in full & also a relief to read someone has been arrested for this & the website shut down!!

We ordered a kitchen aide Artisan from these on 31st March for £395.21 for delivery on 9th April. Had order number, email confirmation etc. Even responded to me when I enquired why it hadn’t come (apparently delay due to COVID), found out on search the negative trust pilot and realised we’ve been had. Have made a report to Gloucestershire police and online action fraud. Thank you to those of you that highlighted the scam to us.

Just to update all other victims of this company (Us being one of them). Action Fraud Cyber Crime Agency has stepped in as well as Gloucestershire Police. An offender has been arrested and the Website has been shut down. We were one of the lucky ones to get our money back through the bank. I hope there isn't too many more victims and i hope this individual gets exactly what he / she deserves.

Really wish I had read reviews before ordering. Suppose to be delivered tomorrow. Chased order and did get someone to respond to online chat and said they would chase it, but never heard back.

Just phoned my bank and have to wait until after due delivery to register fraud. Not sure if I will get my money back though, 😞

Purchased a cooker. Never came. No response to any emails that I sent. And the numbers do not work. It's a Complete scam. I called my bank and was luckily reimbursed. Avoid this site completely.

Not a legit company, just a website which is a front. Once you've ordered and paid your money, that's it. That's literally all that happens.

As with all other reviews I too was conned - the slightly lower prices are there to encourage people to pay. They don't of course actually send anything to you afterwards, and I highly doubt they actually own any of the products on their website.

Contacting them is impossible as the number isn't connected (it's just there to make them seem legitimate), and they don't respond to emails.

If you've used them like I have, my advice would be to call your bank immediately and report the website to the National Crime Agency.

Order a TV without reading reviews, total SCAM!!!

AVOID! Placed order on the 30th March. Item was meant to arrive Saturday 10th April 21! Live chat is actually a joke, number does not exist & I finally got a response from email when I demanded a refund and if I did not get my
Money back I will be getting a crime reference number & claiming the money back though my bank. Low & behold, woke up this morning to a refund from so called SALEPHASE!! Threaten them with a crime reference number from the police and they will soon refund you! Boils my blood though the fact they said it would be delivered 10th and it had been shipped but soon refunded me sharpish considering item had been shipped 😂 still waiting on my free tv 🤦‍♀️

I was a little wary of the website, as I struggled to find anything online about them. I bought on the credit card for protection, and I’ve just started a fraud claim against them. Item was due today, no details about delivery, website chat doesn’t respond. And reading these reviews I’ve concluded fake website and a punch of criminals- don’t buy with them

If this service could recieve '0' stars it still wouldnt be a true reflection of the service which is EXTREMLY DIABOLOCAL. Took advantage of the online discount and purchased a cooker, the original delivery date arrived no delivery - questioned the non arrival, no apology just an email with a new date. Again date passed no delivery, questioned - another date issued which was a Sunday (I questioned Sunday delivery which was confirmed). Sunday morning I message to get a ETA to recieve an email 'no apology' just another delivery date. I messaged sale phase kindly to inform them if the order cannot be fulfilled then to advise accordingly. Two messages have been sent and both ignored. The customer service is the worst ive experienced one word replies and the contact number on site is fake. AVOID online purchasing, better off spending the extra cash with reputable company.
