Quality product
Absolutely love this product. My son is such a rough sleeper. I constantly hear him banging against the wall in his sleep. Since I have been using this product on him he's sleeping so much better with less tossing and turning and he's waking alot more refreshed than he used to.
I also suffer from restless legs which this product has helped with immensely.
If I could make one suggestion it would be to improve the squirter bottle it comes in. The squirter (for lack of a better term) broke quite quickly on our first bottle so we ordered more to get a new one.
Otherwise it's an amazing product and has improved the whole households sleep particularly our rough sleeper!

I love how quickly it helps me fall asleep. I’ve had sleep issues for years. The only drawback is it makes my feet extremely dry.

As for the dryness on your feet, this can sometimes happen, especially if the skin is already a bit dry. We recommend trying a couple of things:
Give your feet some time to heal by applying the magnesium oil to another area, such as your stomach, for a few weeks. This will allow your feet to get some much-needed hydration while still experiencing the benefits of the oil.
If you continue to use it on your feet, we suggest allowing about 10 minutes for the oil to absorb before applying a moisturiser to help lock in moisture.
Additionally, you might enjoy using our Magnesium Muscle Repair Cream on the soles of your feet, as it has added ingredients specifically for hydration, which could help balance out the drying effect you are personally experiencing.

I love it! I use the spray every night without fail. Its really helped me with sore or tense neck and shoulders. I rub two sprays on each shoulder and my neck and two on my tummy.

I got the kids magnesium oil for my 5 year old. And I was blown away with the results of her sleep, teeth grinding, bad dreams and moods. She 99% of the time will sleep all night. I’m very very happy with this. I made another order for another kids oil and one for me too. We both love it!

Holy Moley...
Holy Moley... I've been using this for months now, and I can tell a noticeable difference in the quality of my sleep when I don't use it. I spray it on the soles of my feet, let it dry and get under the covers. Works like magic. The only drawback is that my hands feel dry after I apply it on my feet. But it's worth it.

I'm not one for being suckered into these 'magic' products... BUT Salt Lab has been life changing for our entire family.. We have really found the cream to be our favourite. Wish it worked
After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to purchase as I have had sleep issues for decades. I have tried 6 different sleep medications without success so wanted to try something natural. Was desperate for it to help BUT it has not done a thing for my sleep. Perhaps those people who have had success with helping their sleep only have minor issues and not diagnosed insomnia like me. Oh well, worth a shot I guess.

Such great products and great service! Have been religiously spraying this on my tummy before bed for years and boy do I notice the difference when I forget! It works wonders for a nice deep sleep. The mag cream is also divine and the best ever for massaging into achey muscles. Kids love a little massage with it too to ease growing pains! Awesome products for the whole family.

Cannot recommend this product enough! I have been using the magnesium spray on myself for restless legs for years and it seems to be the only thing that works. I was so glad to see they brought out their magnesium cream after ordering it over a weekend it arrived pretty quickly and has been so good for my knee pain and my sons growing pains.
