Amazing product for a deeper sleep and restless legs
I have been using this magnesium spray on myself and my children for years and have found our sleep quality has improved significantly. I’ve also been using it successfully to help with my muscle recovery.

Finally!!! A solution to restless legs
Finally!!!! something to help my toddler’s restless legs. We keep a bottle in the car and in her bedroom so she can give her feet a spray to reduce the feeling of pins and needles and restless legs.
We have tried oral magnesium and dietary supplements but this seems to be the only product that has helped her.

The magnesium cream is a game changer
The magnesium cream was a real game changer for my after sport recovery. I play cricket and golf which is very stressful on my back, legs and shoulders. Using this cream has helped reduce less after sport soreness and made my day after far more bearable.

It’s my daily routine for deep sleep and muscle cramps
I have used Salt Lab Mag oil for the past 6 years and really notice when I run out - my bodies tells me, I apply to my stomach and feet at night to relax and have a restful sleep and to my neck and legs after my workouts to help with muscle cramps. 🫶🏻

Very happy experience with Sat Lab
Very happy with my experience with Salt Lab, ordering was easy and fast and the product is awesome. I have been sleeping better and far more soundly. I started with spraying my feet only as was suggested and now also spray to the calf of my legs and now no more restless/cramping legs.
I also love that the packaging/bottles are classy and sit nicely beside my bed, particularly as we have our house on the market for sale - one less thing to put away for inspections.
I am very happy and will definitely be a returning customer.

Game changer for a good nights sleep
Salt Lab has completely changed our nights! This spray is used nightly on my two boys and has put a stop to the sleep talking and restless sleeps. The mag cream is another favourite, rubbed into my next and shoulders it does wonders for my tension headaches. I can’t recommend enough

It seems they only display positive reviews on their website. After receiving an email requesting feedback, I left an honest but disappointing review a few days ago, and it still hasn’t appeared.
I purchased the starter bundle, but the delivery took longer than expected, and the results were disappointing.
The spray left my feet dry, cracked, and sore. My hands also felt extremely dry after massaging the product into my feet as instructed on the bottle. Also, it didn’t improve my sleep, even after using it correctly for several weeks. Since discontinuing use, my feet have gotten better, and the soreness has decreased.
Save your money—there are more affordable alternatives available. I've found magnesium tablets to be more effective for sleep.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Didn’t receive my package and they are asking to charge 15% instead of fully refunding. Said they can’t deliver to a hotel address…this wasn’t communicated beforehand. I had no issue selecting my hotel address when I was putting in shipping info. All other shipments by other companies arrived perfectly fine by the same shipping method.

Bad customer experience
Bad customer experience! I never received the order and after a few chaising mails, I've been finally indicated that there was a number of attempts to deliver the oil but apparently I wasn't available to receive it. None of these statements is true but the final outcome is that I didn't get what I ordered and haven't been properly assist as a client.

Terrible experience with customer…
Terrible experience with customer service. I’ve placed an order after I’ve seen adds pop up on my social media. Unfortunately I never received the item. After I’ve contacted customer service they were extremely rude and after a few emails back and forth they had the audacity to tell me they can send me a replacement but I need to pay for shipping again. And that it was my fault that I didn’t pay for shipping insurance.
There are a lot of magnesium oils on the market so good luck to this company to try and survive in today’s economy. Because of their terrible service they will go down fast .

Will not buy from this company again
Will not buy from this company again. I made an order while there was a special going. A free refill with the purchase. I did not receive this free refill. I contacted the company with PROOF of what the free item was. They had the audacity to tell me there wasn’t a free item on my order. Even though I had just given them proof. They also stated that because I used a discount code I wasn’t entitled to the free gift, but no where does it say this on their website. If you would have done the right thing by me, this review wouldn’t have gone up. Bad reviews go a long way, and so does decent customer service. You could have had a customer that would have come back, but apparently that isn’t important. As long as you make a buck off your customers, that’s all that matters to you.

Magic in a spray bottle! My kids finally sleep!
I have battled to get my two busy boys (6 & 3) to sleep since they were born. I thought I had tried it all including a nightly Epsom salt bath, melatonin gummies, weighted blankets - you name it! But they still fidgeted for hours before falling asleep and would wake in the night repeatedly. Literally 3 days of spraying their feet and they tell me they are tired and WANT to go to bed and then fall asleep immediately and sleep through the night!! Hallelujah!!! It does itch/burn if sprayed on their legs at this stage so stick to the feet for a while. I highly reccomend!!!

Exceeding doses for children
I have been emailing this company in regards to doses especially for young babies. They continued to answer my emails but not actually answer the question.
Their doses they recommend are not safe on children. I have found a number peer reviews for medical journals and the MAX daily dose is less then a quarter of the strength they are suggesting.
Please be careful before giving this to your children. High doses have severe side effects.
