If I could give more stars, I would. I called for technical advice. The tech got right back to me and knew exactly what I needed to do. I got the part in two days with free shipping. Was an excellent experience that saved me a lot of money.

Helpful and customer-focused. It was Chase this time. I am long-term customer. These guys will sell you what you need at a competitive price - BUT - they will also help you determine what you need. A lost feature with most companies. Another bonus is that they KNOW their products and are willing to help. I will not buy Auto-Pilot products for my pool anywhere else.

I just want to say chase was fantastic. Always stayed in touch with me, walked me through many steps to find out what it was doing and recommended all the right parts to get my system back up and running again. I just have to say thank you so much and you guys are the best.

I've done business with Saltpoolguys for years to buy parts for my pool (SWG, DIG-220, etc.) and ask troubleshooting questions. Chase has ALWAYS been super helpful. Recommend them highly.

I placed an order with an other supplier for a salt cell. I got the go around for 3 weeks. Call the saltpoolguys and they had a salt cell to me in 48hrs, Their staff was very helpful when I called in. I will defiantly use them again and highly recommend them..

Over years have ordered parts and equipment from Saltpoolguys.com. Their customer service is Platinum level. Always available to answer phone and e-mails. Give quick tips to troubleshoot system problems and quick fixes when possible, when would be easier for them to just sell you a new part. Called today with a salt generator sensor issue as I was ready to order a new part. They told me to first do a 5-6 minute check and found the sensor was not the issue and a quick maintenance item solved the problem! Knowledgable, quick shipping, and customer support after, during, and before the sale! can't say enough!
